A very seamless installation, we were informed of any disruptions or noises. They were friendly, informative and efficient. They took the time to explain everything.

Ben came into our office to set-up a new handset, sorted a couple of system issues and explained a few new features to get the most out of our devices.

Extremely helpful and patient even when encountering the issues of our own onsite kit. Even came out the next working day to due training with staff that were not in on the day

We recently made the switch to Wayv after a dreadful installation experience with our previous provider and I couldn’t be happier with how things have gone. Understandably, we were nervous about making the change, as we know how difficult things can be when a system isn’t installed properly. However, Wayv has far exceeded our expectations.

Since the installation, the support team has been incredibly helpful, quickly addressing any minor setup queries and ensuring everything is running smoothly.

The Engineers were very efficient, we hardly knew there were in the building, everything went so smoothly. A breath of fresh air for the Telecoms industry. After almost every telecoms call you get is someone supposedly from "BT" talking twaddle, these people are very different!
