This company are consistently good at managing your finances and communicating what they are doing to protect savings and investments. Their app is great and simple to use and I would recommend anyone to use them for financial planning, especially pensions and long term saving.

I have to agree with a previous reviewer, it’s nice to talk to a human.
I dealt recently with someone called Josh who explained how something worked and explained it in plain English. Thanks again Josh!

I've been really impressed with Wealthify, both for my own savings account and my children's JISAs. Using their webchat service today, Penny helped me with my query extremely quickly and professionally, and made the process so easy for me.

Had the Account for around 6 months and it's been in negative equity most of that time so Im getting out whilst it is actually in profit.

Since making my initial deposit I’ve seen returns of over 20%. Very happy with my decision to choose Wealthify to manage my investment.

After a few weeks of frustrating calls not resolving my problem I struck gold with Penelope. Although all previous contacts had been friendly and helpful Penelope was the first one to take it upon herself to resolve my problem and she stuck with it for 3 days until everything was resolved. I opened Junior Stocks and Share ISA for my children and so far, they have been doing well. I choose a conservative investment portfolio of a risk value 3/5. My older one just turned 18 and loves the product. I do too. I was looking at opening a SIPP account but would like much control over my investments, so I am skipping that for now. I would have given a 5 out of 5, but the deposit for opening a SIPP is not competitive. Yes, the money goes into you account but who has £500 laying around...surely, not me😊

The chat function is really great! You get to talk with an agent, but it's not the typical formal chat. It feels like a friendly human interaction where they listen carefully and help you solve your issue.

Transactions are way too slow.
7 working days for a direct debit to clear? 12 days for a withdrawal...

And don't be fooled by generic response of "it's the Banks processing times", I've work in a Bank and have done for 18 years, direct debits are paid and processed same day, it's why none of your bill companies chase you after a week saying it's been 7 days and your bill is unpaid....
