Clear, Concise and Easy to Use
Information before set up very clear and easy to understand.
Set up easy.
Just a note - it takes around 3 business days to activate the account - I was impatient and checked after less than 24 hours and the chat facility was more than helpful and easy to use.

Very user friendly, at a price
Nicest/easiest experience I've had with robo-type investing. Website layout and usability are top notch and a welcome contrast to the chaotic mess of one or two other similar platforms. Only minor gripe are the fees, which could be lower for the service offered as others have demonstrated. At present I'm ok with paying a little too much for the user benefits, but that could change in the future.

Crazy Investment company
Crazy Investment company, they buy shares one month & sell them the following month!!
No consistency in their planning, Investment take multiple days to action, my direct debit takes almost a week to show in my son's S&S Isa.
Woeful, planning, random buying & selling, takes an age to execute, absolutely no idea.
I'm of to Trading 212 at least that's instant execution of trades, not waiting weeks!!
Absolutely useless!!

We operate as an investment platform that manages diversified portfolios made up of funds, rather than a trading platform for individual shares. Because we invest on an aggregate basis, purchases and sales follow fund valuation and settlement windows and can take several business days to complete; this is a normal part of how funds are priced and settled and differs from the near instant execution sometimes available for individual share trades.
To keep portfolios aligned with each customer’s risk tolerance and chosen theme, we rebalance at set intervals, typically quarterly, though rebalances can occur sooner when market conditions require. These are scheduled rules-based changes which are intentional and designed to maintain the long term objectives of the portfolio. If a deposit arrives for example and gets invested shortly before a rebalance was due (which may swap out some recently purchased funds), we appreciate how unfortunate this timing may appear from a trading log perspective. Please rest assure we continue to innovate and do all that we can to make our trading as efficient as possible.
Direct debit payments are processed through banks and payment processors and therefore have defined timescales; depending on the route and banks involved, it can take a few business days for funds to clear and appear in a plan. We aim to credit payments as quickly as possible once they are received.
