Extremely poor customer service
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received.
Your customer service representatives provided me with incorrect instructions regarding the documents I needed to submit. I followed those instructions exactly, only to then be told the format was wrong, as if the mistake were mine. It is unacceptable for staff to give incorrect guidance and then act surprised when customers follow it.
Additionally, this account was advertised as an “instant access” savings account, yet my withdrawal has now been pending for well over a week. There is clearly nothing instant about that. To make matters worse, my account has also been frozen without a clear explanation.
Despite multiple messages and attempts to call, I have received little to no response from your team. Being unable to access my own money while being ignored by customer support is completely unacceptable and reflects extremely poor service.
