I have many Gustin products and they've always been great. One pair of pants shrunk beyond my imagination but that was on me. High end materials, great fits and overall incredible value for money!

I have participated in several of Gustin’s campaigns. I have purchased selvedge jeans, heavyweight tees, and a hoodie/sweat pants set in black rainbow nep fabric. The clothes are very well made, the sizing is accurate and the fabrics are very nice. I have pair of rainbow selvedge jeans that when I turn that cuff up is a unique look. The clothes are a good value, you could pay more for this quality.

I love my Gustin gear! Such great fabrics and the new Vintage Straight fit was a game changer for me. Quality control is great as well.

They have been very helpful to provide an accurate measurement on the size guide for the garments or accessories I’ve been looking. I’m given up to date information when my orders will be delivered and delivery is always on time. The colors of the garments are accessories I ordered is what is accurately described in their website.

Gustin was referred to me by a friend via Instagram. I fell in love with the brand but I could not imagine the level of support I received online for sizing and the quality of the product. I appreciated their business model from the start. I felt it limited waste and created a coat savings for me as the consumer. The four pairs of jeans I have from Gustin are my favorite of the over 50 pairs of jeans I own. Hands down the look and aging is superior to most. I highly recommend Gustin.

Gustin is a company that has truly perfected the crowdfunding dynamic.I have around ten pairs of their selvedge denim jeans and they're all well made with quality fabrics.They search the globe for all kinds of denim ,linen ,leather , corduroy ,etc that they offer in crowdfunding campaigns ,some of which are immensely popular and sell out very quickly.If you see a campaign that has just started and already is over halfway filled you'd better act quickly ! I've definitely slept on some great campaigns and lost out but they also have a spot on their website of current stock so if you find your size you can just buy it and they'll ship it right to you without waiting a bit for it to be made.So yeah , that's it ,just a great plan executed extremely well and also a hell of a deal usually because they've cut out the middle man.Check 'em out !

I was a Gustin advocate for over 13 years, referred dozens of customers, and even visited their San Francisco offices. I stood by them through a decade of delays because I believed in the brand. That loyalty was met with a level of abuse that is frankly shocking.

When they sent a product with a blatant manufacturing defect, they initially agreed to a resolution—only to renege on it moments later. The situation devolved from a professional discussion into personal attacks from an anonymous staff member who refused to identify themselves. Instead of standing behind their craftsmanship, they chose to bully a long-term supporter.

When I refused to be intimidated, they retaliated by permanently deleting my 13-year-old account. They admitted in writing that they wipe customer history and account access as a punitive measure for exercising consumer rights. Gustin’s quality has collapsed, and their customer service has turned abusive. They will take your money for over a decade, but the second they make a mistake, they will turn on you, attack your character, and erase your history.

Gustin has been my goto for years. The best quality and fairly priced. There's nothing like it. Great people and customer service too.

About 9 years ago, I received one of Gustin’s Japan Blue Oxfords as a gift. It was my go-to shirt for many a date night, work function, or just any time I wanted to throw something on that I knew I would look and feel great. After almost a decade of wear, the fabric around the elbows finally gave out and I was thrilled to see the Thomas Mason fabric option crowdfunding on the site. I'm incredibly satisfied with its construction, quality of the fabric, and overall fit. I had looked at other companies' oxfords, but there really is nothing out there that can beat the quality and price point of these shirts. I look forward to many more years of wear!

I purchased six pairs of pants and one shirt, but when there was a manufacturer defect that they acknowledged, even though I followed the care instructions in the garment they refused to replace it. I had to get a refund from my credit card company and Gustin deactivated my account.

the quality is outstanding and the fit is do comfortable .this is my 4th pair. I will be back for more.

I've been ordering from Gustin for some years now. I'm very pleased with the materials, the fit and the design. I also appreciate the low-waste pre-order approach and the local production. Recently I wanted to ensure that a delivery would not occur when I was out of town. They were very responsive and I received the jeans well in advance of my trip.

I just got my 5th pair of Gustin jeans, they're awesome! I've got 12 more in process right now, the value can't be beat, the quality is superior to most other brands. They only issue I have now is I can't stop buying them lol.

This is a HIGH 4 stars! I’ve really enjoyed acquiring multiple different HIGH quality garments in exquisite and unique denim, moleskin, heavyweight cotton fleece, heavyweight jersey, shaggy wool gauze, sashiko, herringbone dobby weaves, and all of them are heritage quality, rugged and robust. I love all of it. Once you find your size, the selection is fantastic, The cuts are perfect, and the colors so rich! I don’t know of another clothier that I’ve found as many must have “where did you get that?!” dynamite pieces from.
The only thing keeping me from giving that fifth star in this review (I really want to give it!) is that yes, I did encounter size inconsistencies in what I received twice. Once with a shirt, once with some jeans. Fortunately with the jeans they still had more in stock from that run and ordering a new pair 1 size down solved it and Gustin refunded the overly large pair after I sent it back. Customer service was great. I had another shirt that a button came off the second time I wore it, one where the button holes were too big and it wouldn’t stay buttoned but the quality of the rest of the shirt was great and at a discounted price through the campaign made it worth it in the end. A trip to the tailor took care of it both times. I’ll enjoy wearing those clothes for years.

Great quality and diverse selection of raw denim and premium t-shirts and sweaters. Sizing is pretty consistent, at least for me, I am always a size 31. Customer service is great and they will make sure you are happy with your order. I cannot recommend Gustin enough!

Gustin is, hands down, my favorite clothing brand. The product is as quality as it gets; both rugged and sleek at the same time. The feel is as nice as the look and the fit. When I've had a few sizing issues, they took care of them quickly and easily. The best!!
