If I could rate 0 I would. Absolutely disgraceful company that takes advantage of people hoping they’re desperate so they can rip them off. Was offered £4815 for my car which was already on the low en... Ver más

This is a scam operation in plain sight. They give me a price of £1500 on their website and offered £515 in person. They have some 'manager' in head office asking the same repetitive questions that ar... Ver más

Shocking
Shocking. Got offer of £750 , when I went to sell the car they offered £101 no changes to what I had entered on original valuation.
Complete waste of time.
They can't access computerised service history
I would give no stars if possible for these ######. 7 year old Renault very low miles, they offered decent price on line but when we took the car to them in Belfast because the service record is computerised and not on paper they deemed the car unserviced. Absolute disgrace and not to be trusted
Rip off company
Rip off company. Gives online quote of £595. When you attend the meeting after ‘inspection’ the valuation becomes £158!!
They quote high to get you to attend an inspection, then insult you with a pathetic offer. Would never recommend. Would give no stars if allowed.
Selling car
Nicole in Stevenson was great wery pleasant great experience
It is a big con!
For months they had said my car was worth £1300-£1100. When I took the car in it was valued at £95. I sold it to a caar dealer for £500.
Great Yarmouth
Great Yarmouth
Got nearly 450 more than a main dealer part ex.
Friendly and informative.
All in all a good experience
Derisory offer
It doesn't matter that you email me 10 times after I get a valuation I'm still not going to sell my car to you for £1500 less than I could get for it privately.
You think that if you keep sending emails people will cave in and lose lots of money
I should like to give no stars
I should like to give no stars. I contacted my local branch and was given a price. This decreased by almost £1000 when I took the car in. The car was 8 years old, 37k mileage and one lady owner. The car was examined on my second visit and a price agreed conditionally if transaction completed within 4 days. On that basis and reassured the deal was made I paid a deposit on a new car and cancelled insurance and set up new insurance for the date of transaction. On arrival with all paperwork, 12 month MOT and service history I was told the deal was cancelled as, despite VIN no. In two places checked, the one under the drivers seat was illegible. This after THREE visits. My purchase of new car had to be cancelled plus reorganising insurance and tax, causing much embarrassment and a lot of stress and time. Seller
beware. We Buy Any Car..not true
Online Quote is Never Given!
Please be aware that you will never be given the price quoted to you online‼️
I will say on the plus side, it’s a very easy process. Just drop the car to a hut/pod and that’s it. Money will be transferred within 4 working days free of any charge or £29.00 if you want the money the next day.
However, you will be offered a LOT less than the price quoted. A £1,000 less! Just know that before you decide to go with this company.
Dishonest, misleading, avoid like the plague
We went to the pod at Locks Heath, Hampshire. We didn't expect to be offered the online price, which seems to be just bait to get you in. However, the operative rated the car at level 2, which is the second best available, and that price was acceptable. We weren't able to sell the car immediately but the operative assured us the price would be held for 4 days subject to no material change in condition.
On our return, 4 days later, there was a different operative. He claimed to have input the same details as the first one but the offer price had dropped by some £300. He had no sensible explanation for this and just blamed the system.
No problem we thought. This business sells itself as trustworthy. We parted with the car and decided to complain to management, who we expected to honour the commitment made by their agent.
Not a chance. The reason for the lower price was that operative 2 had secretly reduced the condition score to 3 and lied about doing so. Management rejected the complaint by e mail and eventually phoned us when we persisted. They basically blamed operative 1 for the misleading information given but refused to make any move towards honouring the commitment he made.
Might as well go to any other dodgy second hand car dealer.
Rip off!
Rip off!
They offered me £700 for a car I eventually sold on Facebook market for £1600!
Stay away from this dodgy company and sell the car yourself you lazy sod!
Offered me quarter of the car value
Offered me quarter of the car value
Trustpilot rating they advertise is not for UK
My car is old but low mileage, good condition, MOT, I brought full service history, every garage bill for 15 years, every MOT cert. Two keys. The price offered online was about right. I was offered half on the day! The guy explained the online offer assumes perfect condition. A 15 year old car! It’s assumed that having gone to the trouble of going there with all documents, you will just accept their offer. I left. This was a waste of time. They had a 4.5 star Trustpilot rating on the front of their portocabin. This is fake. It is based on the US parent company, they are exploiting.
Not even worthy of one star
Unfortunately, I had read reviews on Trustpilot for ‘We buy any Car.com’ instead of ‘We buy any car. Uk. I can only reiterate what other reviewers are saying DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. An appallingly dishonest company. I was offered less than one eighth of what I had been quoted online. The rude ‘youth’ who dealt with me said the valuation was wrong due to the incorrect mileage being entered despite the fact that I had noticed my error and corrected the mileage and was still given a comparable online quote. Absolutely the worst company I have ever had dealings with.
It doesn’t let you give no stars!!!
It doesn’t let you give no stars!!!
This lot gave me an online quote of £960
When I went for my appointment it dropped to £320. The youth doing the appraisal was unable or incapable of explaining why.
I declined his generous offer.
Sold 3 days later through motorway for £1,123
Unless your car is near enough scrap don’t bother with this robbing bunch. My recommendation would be use motorway, they were exceptional throughout!
Fake prices dropped 50% without reason…
Fake prices dropped 50% without reason . Avoid it as it’s waste of time
Seller Beware
When I took the car for the appointment, the offer dropped by 10%. They classed it as age related wear and tear - what does one expect for a 9 year old car? That was the key reason they reduced the offer. When I queried it, they said they can't assume the condition when making an initial offer. But apparently they did - they assumed it was in showroom condition! One might think they should assume it is in age related wear and tear condition but that is obviously too much to ask. Then when I said I couldn't leave the car that day, but could bring it back 2 days later they started reducing the price further.
I also noted that the guy who examined the car hardly looked at the interior and spent less than 2 minutes examining the exterior and didn't even start the engine. Overall, not a good experience.
However, I should be fair in stating that the final offer was probably a fair one so it's the unfair practice of quoting a price they were never going to pay that I object to.
I should also say in fairness, that I sold a car to them about 2 years and sale was dealt with in a much more professional manner.

Visited Terry at the Gt Yarmouth Branch and he was very helpful, professional and polite. Couldnt fault anything! made the whole process painless! Many thanks Terry!
Avoid unless you’re desperate. Reasonable offer made to lure you in…
Reasonable offer made to lure you in then any excuse to drop the offer. My 12 year old car had a couple of scuffs and some rusted stone chips marks on bonnet but very good for the age of car. They dropped the offer by £900 for that. Said they graded it 4, 5 is the lowest grading. Absolutley ridiculous and waste of my time. I did not sell my car tonight them but received a much much better offer from another company. I wouldn’t recommend them atall. The only reason I gave a star is the young man working for them was very pleasant and friendly
We rip you off more like
We rip you off more like - they reel you in with a message saying your car valuation is so much - you make an appointment and go to one of there vary silly sheds (which the over heads are very little as there is nothing in there other than a chair) to then be told your car value is about 2k less than they said - I’ve been twice now with the same vehicle and believed me there was £1k difference on the offer price within a week - do not trust these people they tell lies and temp you - there is a saying - if it’s to good to be true then it isn’t- maybe they should change their name to this
