What a great experience
What a great experience. Fast efficient and friendly! I had an issue with my collection time frame (I was at work), they communicated with me quickly and were very understanding. I Will definitely recommend and use this service again.

Brilliant and easy
So easy to arrange via the website, I got an email confirmation that said I could call on the morning of the collection date to get time slot, which I did :)
The driver was lovely and arrived in the time given. I’ll most definitely be using this again.

Great experience
it was a great experience, a person came and collected all the unwanted cloth from the door. Only improvement area, I was informed and given a time window for collection but overall great experience.

Really friendly driver
Really friendly driver, notified me when he was 20 mins away. Great concept as I had 3 huge bin bags of great clothes and shoes that would’ve been a hassle to walk to my local charity shop. Would love to see how it gets used.

I booked it yesterday evening around 7pm and they came today at 10am, super fast and they helped me move all the bags. 100% recommended!

Most likely scam to collect…
Most likely scam to collect information. Please do not use. They kept sending me to voicemail and cutting off my call. Please stare clear. Use TRAID or some other charity instead. They asked for an email address but never sent any emails confirmation or otherwise.

Service was good
I called just after 1pm to arrange a pickup and was booked same day between 6pm-7pm. I had no one come between that time so i called back to find out if someone is coming, the guy on the phone said he will find out... I was told they will be there 7:15-7:30 still no one showed. A little later the driver called to say he will be there 8:15pm and HE WAS!
Service was good he apologised for the delay.

Quick and Trustable service
Trustable service ! Booked my clothes collection with them the 24/08 at 2:00 PM and they came to collect everything the next day at 9:00 AM ! Will use them again in the future.
