Had months of connectivity problems, turns out the modem was knackered. They send a new one next day and it worked straight out of the box! Lost one point for no out of hours customer service.

My last dealing with support at Wefibre was absolutely 5 star and Emma was spot on and very pleasant.
The reason I have given only 2 stars is because of my dealings with Wefibre since placing my order 20/06/2023 was appalling in the extreme. Hours spent trying to get connected by phone and promises to return call which never happens. I think without exemption my emails have not been acknowledged or replied too except for help from EMMA
The Engineer, Josh, was really helpful and efficient. He had everything neatly set-up in a very short time and made sure that we knew what to expect before he started. We couldn't have asked for better service.

After the installation all of our devices connected to the Internet except for my HP laptop. The team very patiently worked through remotely reconfiguring the router until it talked to the laptop. It took a couple of days and several phone calls but communication was good, prompt and extremely helpful and polite. Thank you to Ashleigh and the network team.
Nathan and all at WeFibre have been so helpful and efficient. They responded to my query straight away and sorted out the contract I was on. Service so far has been very reliable.
From start to finish the whole process was simple and must say that Josh the engineer who installed the fibre was top class and nothing was to much as I needed to relocate my router to a different room
Although not yet fully connected to the internet, the service engineer JJ, was very professional and helpful when fitting the connections in my house. He answered all my questions politely and is a credit to the company.
We were expecting installation for the WeFibre FTP service a year ago. We get no updates from WeFibre except when we contact them and ask, and even then all we are told is we are working on it, we don't know when it will be installed, it should be soon. We recently had to renew our existing broadband for another year because WeFibre cannot get their act together.

I had my WeFibre broadband connected by JJ yesterday. He was very friendly and professional and did a meticulous job. He explained what he was going to do, carried out the work, showed me the results and answered all my questions very satisfactorily. Very happy with the result.
Installation by JJ was professional and efficient. He was very helpful in showing us how to link our devices to the wefibre service.

Communication was really good,kept informed of progress of the link-up in the area,till the final connection.It took a long while to happen,or maybe I was expecting too much too soon . But a very good service . Although still waiting for my phone line to be connected,my broadband is fine. Thank you .
I lost my voucher code for the free install. I expected to be told it wasn't their problem and I would have to pay. But after a brief online chat and a search in to my email history, I was pleasantly surprised to hear I wouldn't have to pay. A lot of companies wouldn't have done this. Nice to deal with someone who honours their word.
Installation was booked for a 12-2 timeslot. Josh phoned a good hour before that saying he was in the area. Pretty quick and easy installation (I presume), no mess made or left behind and generally a great experience as a consumer. Happy with the service and top marks for Josh the engineer 👍
It took a month from ordering to getting it set up which was a bit long for me as such I’ve had to pay another month with my previous supplier so for this period I have paid bt and wefibre.
Also there was a mix up with the installation the wire was placed in the wrong place externally so when the internal part needed doing it could not be done. Then another visit was arranged where both internal and external people came so got sorted in the end but it seemed a bit over the top that nearly 6 people were on my site to fit broadband.
Hopefully the service and speeds will be good though.

Public Advertising Dishonest/Misleading
Several adverts made, together with prepayment that full fibre wifi connection would be occurring in Portinscale. Turns out this was not correct - no explanation provided.
For several months no information as to status of project until recently it is clear it will not happen.
Presumably this is because expensive work is need to get fibre to the property - not admitted.
So advert dishonest or at least misleading
Speed of information provision as to the situation not prompt
WeFibre has had use of prepayment fee for several months - refund alone is not appropriate - this shoudlbe with compensation - usual is interest over the time period of bank rate plus 5% in addition to the refund.

JJ listened to how we wanted the wiring and router positioned. He worked carefully and methodically and explained everything. System set up then worked perfectly
