DO NOT BUY! Company is a complete joke with an absolutely useless product. I recently bought a toothbrush from this website after seeing what I now know to be scam reviews stating that this is the best electric toothbrush on the market. Having purchased 1 toothbrush the site went straight into “claim your free gift” and the next thing I knew I had purchased 3 more toothbrushes for £80 and it was too late to change the order as they stated that they we’re already being shipped.
So 4 toothbrushes arrived and the quality is absolutely dreadful with very soft heads which don’t oscillate and all it does is hum in your mouth. So if anyone wants 3 brand new “toothbrushes” please let me know.
Please do not get tempted to use this scam company with scam advertising and waste your good money and go and buy a Phillips or Oral B. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I bought a sonic toothbrush - it broke within a year. The toothbrush head mounting shaft snapped off completely! Very poor design & quality. I supplied photographs. My previous Oral B brush lasted 10 years. Wellawhite’s response was they accept no returns/faults after initial 30 day period. This does not conform to European or UK Legislation. Do not buy from this company whatever the so called ‘reviews’,

According to our returns/refunds policy, a buyer must contact us within a 30 day period after the delivery is completed and, within the mentioned time frame, return the items. Do not buy from this company!!!! My Dad ordered 1 toothbrush and was charged for 4 which cost him almost £150 he contacted the company to cancel it and was told once he received the items he could send them back to get a refund but when he tried to do that they told him it was a no return policy…..even though the one toothbrush he did order didn’t ever arrive but the 3 he didn’t order was charged for but didn’t want. Completely scam!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

As so many other people have said on Trust Pilot, don't go anywhere near this outfit. They are scammers, they will trick you into buying more units then you want, and then when you receive the units, THEY DON'T WORK ANYWAY!!!! Don't waste your time and your money, they are the worst.

The worst experience with this SCAM company! Be warned. I ordered 1 toothbrush and received 3. Read that some people ended up with 5 and unable to return the surplus let alone the guaranteed money back!!!!! Dont touch this company! I am now able to give my extra toothbrushes as presents to friends with a warning!!!

Like the product convenience, but to many screens wanting to add shipping, extra product. I think I would have ordered more if I wanted too.

Ordered one kit but received 4. Told to send 3 unordered kits back. Won't give me the address after ensuring me I would get my refund once returned. Communication between us has been going on since 25/4/2026. Rules keep changing. I paid for a warranty. Now I'm stuck with four wella white kits. I am still fighting for my refund. Received another Wella Kit yesterday....

I ordered through what I thought was an Australian Website….I should’ve been more careful and read the reviews on this site. As it turned out the item was sent from China. My order was placed five weeks ago. Current status as of three weeks ago is delayed in transit. Shipping to Australia is claimed to be up to nine business days. Emailed the vendor and just received a rubbish response about how to send the item back for a refund. Bit hard to do when it hasn’t arrived. Think I’ve been scammed.

This product doesn't even warrant 1 star - it is totally useless and very poor quality. The so called 'instructions' clearly translated into English beggar belief - some 'sentences' are nonsensical. I don't believe the various 'agents' are real people as the same, stock responses were received back each time. I therefore assume they are AI generated. Do not purchase - its a waste of money.

Daughter on my phone and ordered from this company Via my Pay pal in error and it automatically took money without confirming order, and it keeps adding to order, within minutes tried to cancel my order. The reply from the company was that my request was immediately sent to their despatch department and therefore i am unable to cancel my order.I have tried to contact Pay Pal but without any success.Contacting Pay Pal is a nightmare. Not happy as who wants/needs £90 worth toothpaste!!! Should let you confirm order before taking money. SCAM as per other reviews and no order number or email received to confirm order!

Had difficulty understanding directions to press button 3 times for red and blue light to work correctly.
I believe you need 3rd press for red/blue light combination to whiten teeth!

Wish I had read the reviews before making an early morning purchase on my phone. Did not realise also I was dealing with their American branch not Australia.
Yes, like others, my order was increased by 3 extra tooth brushes. Contacted them within an hour to cancel the order. They got straight back to me and now I am waiting to see the outcome. Not hopeful of a positive outcome.

P.S. Their claim of returning within 30 days if not satisfied is rubbish as I have now been informed that my incorrect order are personal products and for hygene reseaons can not be returned .

Erst über die Homepage war es möglich, Kontakt zu aufzunehmen und meine Reklamation an WellaWhite zu senden. Die an die vorherigen Kontaktadressen verschickte Mails wurden durch WellaWhite abgewiesen.
Schon beim Auspacken der Ware war zu erkennen, dass das Gehäuse des Etuis zerkratzt und das Scharnier Oberteil/Unterteil defekt ist und sich nicht schließen lässt. Selbst die elektrische Zahnbürste war von minderwertiger Qualität.
Auf den defekten Artikel gehen Sie nicht ein. Ein Retourenschein wird abgelehnt, somit habe ich bei PayPal den Käuferschutz eingeschaltet.

Yet another Chinese scam I wanted one they charged and sent 2. They don't refund and accept returns. How are these Chinese companies getting away with these bogus companies? Fuming

This company is a bad joke. They have tried just about everything imaginable to avoid the need to refund an unopened and thus unused product. The so-called customer service team continues to send the unapplicable responses to my emails as a most robotic way. They will do anything to avoid providing a return address so that I can send the tooth flossers back to them for a refund. This truly has the markins of a scam and there are many similar products that come from honorable organizations. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY for your own benefit and piece of mind.

I ordered a toothbrush and replacement heads in error, swiftly notified customer service by email to cancel, to be told already been dispatched! I was then advised not to worry i had 30 days to return. On checking my bank, i had been charged for 2 toothbrushes.
When i received them and asked to return i was advised i could not for health and hygiene reasons. Boxes are unopened and this was not stated to me in previous correspondance. Surely something has to be done about this company, again over £100 down the drain!

Update from wellawhite reply. I have emailed numerous times to get return information, they have said they can’t refund due to hygiene reasons even when informing them I haven’t opened any of the products! I have now taken it to trading standards.
Also, there reply must be automated as I have had no email

Shocking website! Scammed into ordering more than I desired. Emailed as soon as order went through to cancel. Was told it was already dispatched and to wait until delivered then get in contact to arrange return. On receiving order, I contacted customer service straight away and was told I cannot return for hygiene reasons! Have reported to my bank.
