Excellent ...
Excellent service. Immediate and helpful response to an enquiry I made ... and the boots I ordered were received by me the next day. All packaging can be recycled and in return for my purchase I now have a tree in the Andes planted on my behalf through "One Tree Planted"! Perfect!

A big YES to Wellies.com
I am so incredibly impressed with Wellies.com! The wellies I ordered (their own brand: Muds) arrived next day, but they didn't quite fit, so I sent them an email and they responded very quickly to tell me how to go about exchanging my purchase. I repackaged my purchase, popped the pre-paid returns label on, dropped it at the post office, and my size exchange was delivered two days later. Super speedy, no-fuss, amazing service. The wellies themselves feel sturdy and luxuriously comfy.

Excellent customer service!
The company has excellent customer service. I ordered a pair for myself and one for my daughter. They came next day. They are really nice wellies but unfortunately the fit wasn't right for both pairs. I emailed the company and they sent free postage label same day. I got different sizes back really quickly but again sadly they weren't a good fit. Same process for returns. The whole process was easy and quick.
I recommend trying this company.
