Quick sending out goods, received them the following day, can't say the same about e-mail, sent a query about goods and still haven't had a response.

After placing my order I got an email as receipt. Then follow ups to tell me the status of my order. I rang the company as I couldn’t get my free t shirt on my order which was add in. The courier arrived as stated he was polite and professional. All in all it was a great company and transaction if all were this good life would be so easy top marks all round 10/10

Wellies delivered quickly and well packaged. Very pleased with the wellies and the service.

Nice to have warm dry feet again. Come up slightly tight due to neoprene so order half a size up. Spoke to them at the South of England show and was told none in stock for 2 months but a week later they were!

As a long time buyer of Muck Boots and finding their price had gone up by 50%, I decided to try Muds from Wellies.com, after asking a lot of questions which were promptly answered. Once ordered, the boots arrived very quickly. Although assured they are true to your natural shoe size, I had to send the first pair back (this took longer than expected, as I made contact on the day they arrived asking for a returns label). A week later, I was able to return the first order and probably another week later I received the replacement (I imagine ParcelForce had something to do with that part of the delay).
I now have the next size up and I am happy with my purchase.

Brilliant service, ordered my wellies and they arrived less than 24 hours later. Tracking was accurate and customer service updates were informative and regular. Cannot fault them at all

The main problem was there were hardly any size 6 wellies and none in the style I wanted. Despite that, I had help to find a pair in the sale and they are well made. Next time bring more - it is the most popular size!

They arrived quickly, cheaper than other well known brands. A well fitting comfortable boot. Well known brand of similar boots split after 7 months, hope these will do better.
