Westfield was very quick in responding to my claim.the claim was settled within a few days.

Having submitted my receipts to Westfield for dental and glasses, I had an email in 24 hrs advising refund would be paid into my bank within 4 days. What a speedy service and the claim form is so easy too.

Westfield Health make claiming so easy. I've never had s problem getting my money back quickly.

Easy claim procedure, quick payment

Been with Westfield for 40 years, hardly ever make a claim but recently spent two nights in hospital and making the claim was a real faff, took two weeks to get the payment and it wasn’t for the full two days, my advice to you is to shop around and I’m pretty sure you’ll get a better company to deal with.

They are quick with new claims but if asked for more information nothing happens. This is 3rd time I've had to chase them up after sending request info through. Something is not working right in there pending claims operation.
