Refusing to pay physio even though it was at St.Hughs Hospital by the same physician as all 3 times, turned into a nightmare unfortunately, had to make 8 emails/ phone calls, tried the app loads of times, decided not to do any more sessions as stressful to get money back, got refunded in the end but a nightmare & took 2 weeks to sort out

Great App that’s easy to use whether you’re looking to make a claim, look up allowances or the remainder you have to spend should you need it. It’s very informative and simple to navigate. Communication and payment is also very speedy and keeps you up to date with the progress of claims etc

Westfield's site is really easy to claim and they pay direct to my bank account within a few days. excellent service and helpful advisors for Chiropractic treatment and chiropody. However there is a strange policy with dentures and dental claims ...... you cannot claim for part dentures on dentures and have to claim on detal and if you actually pay before the benefit date even though the treatment doesn't complete until well after the benefit date the claim isn't valid..... so don't pay in advance if possible! Other than that very happy.
