The service is 5 star but...
The service is 5 star, but the website can be difficult to navigate due to the colours of tick boxes and some text. Given that a significant number of users will have vision problems a higher contrast would be very helpful

Tried to claim for treatment I recieved…
Tried to claim for treatment I recieved on my Shoulder through my Company policy. Only to be told it wasn't covered! Even though the treatment I recieved came under the listed treatments. Not Happy at all with how you have misled with your promised cover.
