Size was wrong. I asked for a refund several months ago. They expect me to return the garment to China, at my own expense, although the fault was theirs. I've been emailing them weekly since January (it's now mid-March), and am beginning to think it's a lost cause. They have stopped replying to my emails. Steer clear of these people - you won't get your money back, and the quality was poor, too.

My husband ordered what was advertised as a 3D sweater I really wanted which took almost three months to get but that's another story. What arrived is not a sweater, looks nothing like the picture, and the quality is poor. It feels like false advertising and was very disappointing.

The items are totally different when they arrive to what they are in the photos. They are just a flat printed sweatshirt nothing fluffy about them being in touch with the company numerous times asking for a returns address and a refund they kept telling me to keep the item would not give me an address and now I’ve stopped responding. I have took the matter further. Shame I cannot provide photos.

I like the product I will get more but want to see the quality when receive my coat

I wish there would be more information of the sweaters. Are they 3d? Is the animal puffy? Or is it just a print.

I ordered an embroidered top. What I received was not like what was advertised. The design was printed on the top, not embroidered. It was flannel. I tried it on and it was soft, and very warm and comfortable. I liked it, so I ordered another. It was the same as the first. I am going to order a third. I'm elderly and don't leave the house much. I love wearing them around the house.

Frauds! Jumper on site stated as knitted. Was NOT. Completely different cardigan that arrived, if you can even call it a cardigan. Cheaply made. Useless customer service. Only offering 10% as it needs sent back to China. Website states ‘authentic American’ then says all made and shipped from Latvia? That should have been a red flag. Wish I could attach a photograph of what I received! Appalling.

Liars? Crooks? Fabulous photo advert on Facebook. Embroidered Christmas cardigan. Got two. Nothing like the photo. NOT embroidered- printed. Not plush as in advert. Very unhelpful customer service. WILL NOT give me a return address ( in China) only % Discount voucher offered. As if I want anything else from them.

Variety of items available to choose from. However, there are items when looking on the size chart, it looks that sizes are too small. I am size large with 43 bust size. There are items in which if I want to buy it, I have to get size 2xl or 5 xl. Specially the hip or waist size. I guess it did not mean for me to buy it.

Easy to move around the website and found items cheaper than on a few other online websites, zooming in on items is nice and a nice size chart for clothing and easy checkout using Pay Pal

I have not received item as yet but the website made the items look lovely and the prices were good too although it did say free postage i got charged £10
