Your merchandise looks great. Unfortunately, I didn't see that my purchase was complete and ordered the sweater again. Is it possible to cancel order #WTP00048311? I still want my first order shipped. Thanks for your help in this matter.

The jumper received, which I had to chase several times, was very disappointing when it arrived. In the ad it looked like fluffy wool with the character animals standing out away from the material. It actually turned out to be more like a sweatshirt - no wool involved - with just an animal print. Very poor quality too.

Photo when uploaded would not stay. Kept getting message to reload-try again.

Pictures on the website showed fluffier, plush sweater with design raised off sweater. I received a cheap material sweater with a transfer printed on the sweater. Not near the quality I paid for! VERY disappointed!

The product is well advertised, excellent pictures I hope purchase arrives just as good, quality and appearance.

Beautiful sweater

Extra items were ordered by mistake. I emailed immediately to cancel the 2 extra Christmas jumpers and just receive 1. Had a poor reply and they were not cancelled so received all 3. There is no return policy or address to send them back so are stuck with them and massively out of pocket. I don't think they understand. I will not order from Westsshops again.
I do not recommend this company.

The website was easy to use for what I wanted. I got all the information I required.

Easy to place order but would have preferred the prices to be listed in pounds for the British market.

Clothes on offer look really interesting and different. Ordering was straightforward and I received a confirmation email immediately. So far I have not needed customer service. I am eagerly awaiting receipt of my order so I can review the items.

I was kept informed of status of my order. It was packaged well and arrived in good time. The jumper is lovely and soft and as described. Unable to comment on fitting as it has been purchased for a Christmas gift. That being said, I have ordered another item which speaks volumes that I am happy with my purchase.

Ordering process was easy. There was detailed sizing and helpful advice. So i hope the quality and style lives up to my experience so far.

I had never heard of your company before and I was extremely surprised at the beautiful Christmas sweater collection you have. I ordered 3 sweaters and 1 would call a sweater type jacket.
They are so different than anything I have ever purchased before. I’m looking forward to receiving them and wearing the cozy looking sweaters.
I’m thinking I may need to place a second order for my daughter. I will be in touch.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

The jumper I received was made of cheap/thin material and the design was simply printed on it. The picture of the item I ordered showed the jumper made of a thick and fluffy material, with the design embellished on top, I.e. the rabbit, robin and berries in the design were all made of additional fluffy, silky or velvety material and sewn on to the jumper.

I’m not even going to attempt a refund. No doubt I will need to send it back, at my own expense, to a warehouse in China for quality checks (oh the irony!) before I will get a refund. And I’m sure it would then ‘fail’ the checks, even though I haven’t even tried it on, so that they don’t need to refund me leaving me even further out of pocket.

I’ve tried to leave this review against the item on the website, complete with photo of the item received. Although it’s been submitted and accepted… it has yet to appear. I wonder why!

But no way to add to order or delete item
