Great jumpers and cardigan

Every thing was fine except I didn’t get my discount for my first order. I thought it would be automatically applied at checkout and I didn’t write it down. Then when I checked out I couldn’t remember it.

really cute items shown on-line. nice discounts, and no shipping with limitations.

I loved the selections. I don’t order more than one item at first because I don’t know what the quality and sizing will be until I receive the item. I also want to know how quickly I receive my order. These things are what determines whether I continue doing business with you. Also, what I tell friends and family.

I would leave a zero if I could the product I received looked nothing like the pictures on the website and when you try to return an item, you will get the runaround. I’ve been doing this for over a month now and here are my replies.

Since all returns need to be shipped back to China, the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
Given the long processing time and high cost of returns, would you be willing to accept a 10% discount Count on your next purchase. Instead of refunding my money on clothing that looks nothing like the picture. They want you to buy something else at a 10% discount. Do not buy from this company.

I just fell in love with the choice of items to buy, your sweaters for Christmas are absolutely fabulous, so many colours too.

I have just received my Christmas cardigan. Instead of a cosy embroidered article I have received a thin printed cardigan. Nothing like the picture or the description I only hope the Christmas bunny sweatshirt is not the same poor quality. The Christmas bunny sweatshirt is also nothing like the picture or description. Instead of a nice fluffy jumper with an appliquéd bunny & robin it is a cheap sweatshirt material with a printed picture. Very disappointed

A COMPLETE SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! The clothes are just printed on stupid fabric and look like shit!! Took almost a month to get to me and I was very disappointed!!! Tried to return them and they would not give me a refund. They just offered a discount!

Extremely poor quality. Received written notice that buyer bears the expense of returning item. Not as described. Not item in the description or pictures. This company failed to provide the product advertised. I feeltotally scammed. I did take proper action.
