Firstly this school is a pretty much a money minded enterprise.
I hired West as my driving instructor for a lesson. He insisted that I take 2 hours together so that he could assess my driving and evaluate the lessons accordingly.

He shared a huge documents of print out and asked me to bring it on the day of the lesson. Little did i know he wanted to buy my time by simply going through the documents.

Trust me he let me drive for 5 minutes out of those 2 hours and said he assessed my driving and i require at least 48 hrs of lessons.
I sat there behind the wheel looking at his mouth like i was in a classroom.
What kind of assessment would that be ?

If he really were genuine he should have refunded my lesson cost or say that he would adjust my payment in my next lesson . Because all the information he shared were theories which u can find it easily online.

Come on, it’s a practical driving test for god sakes.

And when i refused to take additional lessons he got furious and started cursing me that i end up with very bad instructor and fail my tests.

All these 5 star reviews u see here are pretty much fake.

But if u still continue to go ahead with this school, just make sure u have enough bank balance because he is going to be after it. GOOD LUCK

A huge thank you to Wests and my instructor Spencer, whose skills and patience throughout my learning enabled me to pass 1st time today at Hornchurch with 2 driving faults. Throughout my entire time in lessons with Spencer, I was afforded his full commitment, time and energy which is something that gives huge confidence to a learner driver. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Thank you phil learning to drive with you was the best choice I have made you have me confidence every lesson and guilded me to passing.

Big thanks to Spencer for being a brilliant driving instructor. Not only did he help me build lots of confidence in myself with driving, he also taught me how to be safe on the roads as well. Started off with no confidence and he has been very encouraging from day 1. Taught me simple methods for the manoeuvres and kept my driving to a very high level. Passed today with 1 minor in Hornchurch! Would 100% recommend him for any new drivers wanting to learn. Great guy and easy to be around. Thanks again!

Excellent driving instructor, highly recommend, Phil has been extremely supportive throughout the process of learning to drive and has helped me to gain confidence in varied situations by being patient and positive. He also created simple and effective procedures in order to help me to understand how to approach different circumstances when driving and this ensured a first time pass. Thank you Phil.

Amazing Driving School, Phil was an incredible instructor, he was kind, calm, patient and overall great teacher. when I first came to him I was a horrible driver but Phil taught me the basics of driving and slowly built my confidence up. He taught me in a really nice and composed manner which really helped me out. He taught me all the manoeuvres perfectly, he taught me great discipline on different kinds of roads so when it came to my test I was confident in my driving abilities and I passed almost faultless. it was a real pleasure and joy to learn from such a great instructor and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for driving lessons

I just passed my first manual driving test with 2 faults, and couldn’t be happier with Phil my instructor.
As an older learner driver, it hasn’t been an easy process, but Phil stuck to his guns and got me to a level I didn’t think was possible for me. He has high standards, a lot of patience and a good sense of humour. I would recommend him to anyone.

I passed my first driving test with no faults and all thanks to my instructor. Gary is a fantastic teacher, and a really fun person to talk to :) Answered my many questions and gave clear explanations of where I needed to improve. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Wests school of driving. Phil has been such a great teacher and gave me the confidence to drive safety and gain a pass on my practical driving test. Phil is a very patient and knowledgeable instructor with a wealth of experience that really shows in the way he teaches. I always felt at ease in the car even in the early lessons and he taught me to a very high standard which resulted in me passing first time with only 1 minor to show for it!

Passed first time thanks to Spencer. He was always very patient with me and motivating. I had another instructor from a different school last year who gave up on me. Spencer took me on and I had to start from scratch as I was not taught correctly previously. He built up my confidence and helped me with my driving anxiety. Thank you so much Spencer!!!

Thankyou Wests for transforming me from an anxious, quiet & inexperienced driver, to passing first time with confidence and control!
I suffer with bad anxiety and depression, and Phil was so good with making me happier, less anxious and so much more open/in control with behind the wheel and my emotions!
Would 100% recommend to any first time drivers, especially ones who are nervous or anxious as much as I started out to be.
