I was contacted by Max out of the blue about my bike and was very sceptical. He offered me a very good price and when we agreed on a price he said he would transfer £100 into my bank account within half an hour, he did this and arranged a convenient time (for me ) to collect the bike and once Chris (the driver who collects the bikes)had looked the bike over would arrange payment.
Chris was a lovely guy and was at my door at 6.45 this morning as he said he would be.
Everything he told me on the phone would happen happened and without a hitch, I would have no hesitation in recommending Max and his team to anyone it was a very easy and effortless way to sell a bike

Great communication and overall service. From receiving a good offer on my bike, to payment and collection, couldn't have been any simpler.

Very straight forward process. The collection was simple and quick with no quibble and the documentation was effortless. Would use them again and throughly recommend Max am the team.

Old advert on facebook and hadn’t really pushed to sell my bike.
Max contacted me explaining he was a trader who wanted to make on offer.
I was quite abrupt, expecting the usual low offer price to be followed by more reasons to reduce the price.
None of this happened. He was true to his word throughout the sale. We came to a number and he stuck to it.
Instantly paid a deposit, arranged a time for collection (arrived in the half hour window), checked the bike and parts, and they had the money in my account before the paperwork was complete.
Honestly, it’s a revelation to have a team of great guys who go against what we expect from auto traders. Great communication throughout.

Max was on the money, no bullshit gave me a price I was happy with and didn’t mess about. Chris came round to pick the bike up and the money went through in minutes. I had to help Chris load the bike because he’s not very strong but that aside great service.
I jest about Chris BTW. He is a unit :)

I have to say that given my experience of Motor Traders in the past I was extremely surprised with the all round service that Max provided. Professional, friendly and with no pressure.
They offered me a reasonably price and unlike all the other traders who had contacted me, he was not expecting me to give the bike away.
Collection was straight forward with no quibbles and the money was in my account before the paperwork was completed.
I highly recommend this company for anyone who doesn’t want the hassle of a private sale.

Well I have to say. This has been the most pleasant and stress free sale that I have ever made. From the very first contact until the bike was picked up.
I was kept in the loop with what was happening and what will be happening next. I can’t praise this company enough

Super simple and smooth process with great communication.

Was contacted via Facebook as was selling my bike on marketplace, was dubious to start with but how wrong was I.
From the first communication to the Bike Collection that process was simple and professional and courteous.
Also the offer was greater than many online motorcycle purchasing companies I had tried and without the price offered then try and knock you when they arrive.

The price stated at the beginning of the process was the price I received, definitely would recommend to friends.
