Easy order process. Good prices and delivery was great.

Great communication. Good service. The delivery was quick too.

They accidentally missed one item but sent it within the next day as soon as I got in touch about it. I am really impressed by their service and products. Excellent price too. Will surely order again.

Great site with a vast range of rum to choose from, postage fast and arrived super quickly. Will definitely order again

I ordered a couple of bottles of wine which I couldn’t find anywhere else. They arrived very fast ( I placed my order on Wednesday morning and received them Friday afternoon). They were securely packaged and the delivery gave me a 1 hour slot on the delivery date. Im very pleased with the service and recommend it,

Great products/prices and the customer service was excellent when I had a problem with the DPD delivery.

Delivered with careful and easy with tracking. Top

I order some Bourbon 1792 two bottles, the courier smashed the consignment and did not inform Whisky Brokers. It was not until after Christmas that I realised I was missing the two bottles. Laura at WB immediately chased the couriers who said the consignment was smashed. Laura kept me up to date all the way through the process of her ordering some more 1792 and sending it to me. Fantastic service will order from them again.

Good price and very helpful staff / owner when the website didn't work.

Fantastic service and whisky, fast delivery with good prices Highly recommended

Fantastic selection of Tequila in perfectly hand painted bottles. The perfect gift I was looking for.
So much choice and the best value I found on the internet.
The gift message was exactly what I wanted and came expertly wrapped to avoid any breakage. Highly highly recommend.

Very well packaged and speedy delivery. Would definitely order from them again. Many thanks

Great price and speedy delivery, everything you would want. Thank you

Excellent. Super fast delivery, well packaged. Delighted with my purchase. Thank you.

I’m a big fan of Whisky Bros. Great prices, everything arrives on time and the customer service is impeccable. I say this for two reasons — once, I ordered two cases of champagne for a drinks party. It arrived two days before the party, but the delivery people had broken a few bottles in one case. When I called Whisky Bros and told them what had happened, they rushed another case out to me in time, at no extra charge. Another time I was unsure if a delivery would arrive when needed because it was over a holiday, so I texted their WhatsApp number. Someone answered right away, even though he was on holiday in the States. Still, he wasn’t bothered, he was very nice and said no problem, he’d contact the office and make sure it got there when I needed it to. He even checked in to make sure everything worked out. That kind of service — plus great prices and even a free bottle thrown in every now and then — makes for a very loyal customer!
