Second time I have used WiFi hire. Great service. I will use them again. This time when on holiday in Europe. Its great to carry your wifi with you. No Data used.

Really quick and efficient service, and the wifi was stronger than the one I ended up getting installed. Good value for money, would definitely recommend

Where do I start? Item arrived 2 days late, to my card billing address NOT the stated delivery address. As this was the house I had moved out of, it took 10 days to retrieve the item. I didn't receive the order acknowledgement email(only the dispatched email) so wasn't able to contact them and they didn't reply to my online message through the website. By the time I had it in my hands, it was time to send back and my home wifi had been connected. So it was a complete waste of money for me!!

The WiFi arrived exactly on time. The signal was very good. We were able to game and stream TV no problem. Returning it was simple too as they provided the return label for us so we just taped it back up in the box it came in and stuck the label on and posted it in a post box! I got my deposit refunded very quickly too. Would definitely use again.

Does what it says on the tin. Hired for 7 days whilst moving home, delivered when they said and worked well as a temporary solution. Well worth the money.

Excellent, arrived very quickly. Worked perfectly as expect and the returns process was easy. Refund on deposit also came through very quickly. Will definitely be using again in the future.

Late delivery and unusable wifi connection. Complete waste of £52 and they wouldn't accept my original screen shots as evidence.

Ended up with a better connection using phone as a hotspot

The device arrived the next day, and it was up and working within 1 minute of plugging in.
Obviously it's not the fastest of internet connections, but it works, it's reliable and it met my requirements whilst the fibre connection was sorted.

As we were waiting for the installation of broadband by a new supplier this was really helpful. It was a tad expensive but really helpful to have this temporary wifi as a stop gap. Would recommend.

The process was straightforward and uncomplicated. It was exactly what I needed when I’d been let down by my ISP.

I had an internet service outage at home and needed to avail of WiFi hire’s services in May 2026. The service was super reliable and easy. The Hub arrived the next day, had a very decent wifi connection (over mobile networks - they use the major telecoms provider networks) with speeds adequate for voice and video calls. What was even better was that I was able to simply connect my existing (own) wifi router to the hub via a ethernet cable and all devices in the house could continue to use my own router’s wifi network instead of having to be configured to connect to the wifihire hub’s network saving me a lot of time. In a connected world where we depend so much on the internet in our daily lives, I found wifihire to be a truly valuable (and must add - rare service in the Uk) service that solves the need of fast enough internet service for a temporary period at a very reasonable price. The return label allowed for free return postage and the deposit (taken at the time of the order) was refunded back to me in quick time when they received the device back.

Keep up the great service and value proposition. I’ll definitely be using this again if the need ever arises.

Absolute cowboys. Stay well clear. Admitted they were wrong and then still tried to argue with me when my device didn't arrive.

The delivery was on time. The system worked. The contract terms were clear. It all worked.

This company is a complete liar and fake i ordered a router for my house as my wifi was down and it was advertised as being able to support lots of devices I have only a pc connected to it and it has 1mbps and 100ms delay so false advertising would not recommend and will not be buying again

Process was quick and simple. Router arrived the next day and was easyvto set up. Return slip was provided to make it easy to return at end of hire period.

We opened a new business and due to a last minute admin error, our internet was not going to be installed in time for opening. We ordered from wifi hire very late in the day and literally crossed our figures that it would arrive in time, especially as it was bank holiday weekend. The unit actually arrived earlier than we could have imagined and was set up and running in less than 5 minutes. It worked perfectly for our needs, till operation, credit cards and music supply. We returned the unit after use, which again was very easy. Our deposit was returned promptly to our bank account. Excellent service .. exceeded all expectations.. thank you

It was very easy to place the order, the router was delivered promptly, and the internet speed was excellent. Returning the router was also arranged very easily.

Overall, a fantastic service — I would definitely use it again.
