DO NOT use this company. FRAUDULENT.
The device didn't work at all. Useless for work, Google meets, Zoom, any app for making calls just not load at all. Download and upload velocity < 1 Mbps. Tried everything. I asked for a refund and was refused. Paid more than 50 pounds for 7 days, and still waiting for the deposit back. Lack of empathy and support has ignored my requests for a refund since. Appalling service!

Quick and easy and did the job when moving house

This was the second time I have used this company, we holiday at a fishing complex in South Wales which doesn’t have wi-fi, both times the router has been waiting for us when we got there and we returned it the day we left, our deposit was back into my bank within a week. If I asked any questions or queries by e mail, they were answered within a short space of time. We are going back on holiday next year and will be using this company again. Staff are always happy to help.

Partner required temp/mobile WiFi following a major operation. He did not want to miss his sports while in the hospital.
Worked really well. Easy to use too. Just remember to keep it charged when not using it!!
Easy to order, use and return. No chasing deposit - paid directly back to bank within a few days of return
Would highly reccomend if WiFi on the go is required!

Prompt response to all my questions before purchase helped to prevent any issues as I needed to use the device in two separate counties. Received as promised, set up was absolutely hassle free and sending the router back was fairly easy too. Overall great service and if I need temporary fast solution again, I will surely return.

Absolute lifesaver! Was a bit skeptical before as I’ve never heard of this but so glad I went through with it. We’ve just moved home and couldn’t get WiFi for just under a week, this saved my mental wellbeing 🤣 definitely recommend

Late arrival and when this arrived the signal is absolute junk in Kent. 5mbps wow, so not with it.

Brilliant, easy and punctual company! Never heard/ was abit septical but no need to worry. Came as promised (read the information given) and plug and go! Refund on return was rapid too. If needed again would deffo use them again!

Excellent service, quick delivery and just plug it in and you have temporary wifi.. we had a delay with our provider and we would need wifi for a week and i didn’t want to fuss around and found this wifi company and it was brilliant and well worth it.. just post it back , i cannot fault this so 5 stars and thank you and will definitely recommend x

Excellent from start to finish. So so simple. Plug in and away you go. For a short term fix during a house move it was ideal. Returns label sent with parcel and refund of deposit issued same day it arrived back. Would highly recommend

I accidentally got my dates wrong and they promptly emailed me. In the end I chose to cancel and I got a full refund a couple hours later. Very good customer service!

It saved me during a move! I work from home and I HAD to have internet. I was havign some issues setting up broadband and this was a great alternative while I sorted everything out. It's not cheap by any means, but the value is in the convinience.

It was easy and quick to order, with the unit arriving the next day. Definitely got me out of a bind with I had a failure with my (former) wifi supplier.

Great service! I needed a temporary WiFi service having moved home and awaiting Virgin to re-connect my service. My WiFi Hire unit arrived the day after I ordered. I plugged it in and immediately had WiFi service throughout our new house until Virgin hard wired our normal service. Many thanks WiFi Hire, appreciated your help!

The router came next day and worked off the bat, we ran my computer and my husbands PS5 and he even got online gaming.

I am so happy I found this company. I have 2 autistic kids and our electronics are essential for their regulation, so when we booked a holiday we were concerned about Internet access. I looked into adding data to their sims but for the amount we'd need it was going to be expensive and I didn't want to take out a contract on a portable wifi. Then I found wifi hire, it was everything I was looking for. It was cheaper than 5gb of add on data for 2 sim cards and would allow me and my husband Internet too. They provided everything from the mini router to the charging cable and a power bank plus a the return label. I hardest part was finding a post box. I cannot sing the praises of this company enough and will definitely be using them again if we have another holiday or if we move house, anytime I'm worried about not having interent access.

I have used this company on several occasions. They provide an excellent service: the router is delivered when they say it will, the return is simple, the deposit is returned quickly and the router works faultlessly. I rarely write reviews, but exceptional service and product prompts me to do so on this occasion.
