Late delivery
My delivery was scheduled for 0700-0800am. I accepted as this would be before I needed to leave for work. The delivery was 30 minutes late. I asked the delivery driver why he was late. Said he didn’t know. I said that he had made me late for work, to which he laughed and I responded with I am glad you think that’s funny. He then apologised. It was too late at that point. It’s not acceptable to give a delivery time and not stick to schedule. He said his van was the last to be loaded up. My response was that if the first delivery was to start at 0700am then the van should be ready before travel time to make the first delivery. Then he said that he wasn’t aware what time it was due to be delivered. Which is non-sense. Why would I receive a time and not the driver? Not happy with the service. Don’t schedule deliveries if you have no plan on sticking to them

Ordered the Ettienne and a SleepSoul Heaven mattress and really happy. Easy to put together. Only downside is it meant that my wife gave me more jobs to do!

We would have given 5 stars for the furniture alone but it was let down by the delivery experience.We ordered the furniture over the telephone but were not told that the furniture which was excellently packed would need to be unpacked and assembled by us.

When it arrived it was exceptionally well protected.
