Excellent purchase and service. Great Walnut colour of round fluted side table purchased via amazon at a very good price. Value for money. Delivered direct from Birlea Furniture with very good communications as to delivery status. The side table matched a previous purchase of tv unit from Birlea Furniture and was very easy to assemble following the step by step instructions with no issues. Once assembled it looks stunning and very functional. Would definitely purchase Birlea Furniture again. Overall very pleased.

Quick and easy delivery from Kim, straightforward instructions for building, a few issues with the wooden dowels not being the correct size, but perfect otherwise

First wardrobe arrived completely smashed to bits. Second wardrobe arrived after weeks of waiting for a reply and multiple emails. Instructions were terrible. Built wardrobe and the wood splintered and the whole wardrobe collapsed!! Wouldn't recommend in any way terribly quality and it's now in the skip as we've just had enough

They didn't notify me and delivered part of the bed to my neighbour. It took weeks to rectify.

Absolutely gorgeous piece of furniture and really easy to put together. Such a beautiful solid piece, perfect for the tv in the bedroom! Highly recommend this company. Quality is outstanding.

Avoid at all costs. I bought the Phoenix Oak Ottoman bed RRP over £500 via Happy Beds so pretty disgusted by the quality.
Cheap wood which bends with the slightest bit of pressure (very unideal for a bed!) and a wooden slat snapped in two before I had even slept in it.

Unfortunately this all happened within 9 days and I am being refused a full refund.

Birlea is either ignorant of or willfully ignoring my consumer rights as they have offered a replacement part as ‘an acceptable solution’.

I will be raising with Trading Standards in due course.

Very lovely people :) both on the phone and in person. A very helpful and polite delivery driver 😊 and the mattress is very fun to open, haha 😄and hopefully very comfortable.

My order was very easily processed and delivery was impeccable, on time; the driver Derek handled the package with ease and carefulness which is much appreciated when online shopping.

Arrived several days later than the retailer advertised. Birlea advised the day after order placed if a later delivery date despite the retailer still quoting an earlier one.

One key part missing from chest of drawers. Now seeking a replacement

Derrick and his assistant did a great job of placing furniture where I wanted, took their shoes off and took all rubbish away with them, friendly helpful and efficient service
