Dear Anita, thank you for your feedback, it’s very important to us. I’m obviously very sorry to hear that you’ve had some issues with your installation and I’d like to help. If you could kindly provide some further information to help us identify you, I’ll ensure that you are contacted by senior management tomorrow to get a satisfactory resolution as quickly as possible. I’m very frustrated to hear that you feel fobbed off, this is absolutely not what we are all about, in fact the complete opposite is true, so I must apologise on behalf of the company, but rest assured I’ll guarantee that you won’t feel like this again. Thanks for highlighting this to us and hopefully we can restore some confidence in the company by how we handle this from here on in.
dedication and teamwork
dedication and teamwork, kept well informed by Jane in the office, the lads were very polite and did a great job. There was a hitch with the glass in front door and was told it would take a few days to re-order. To my surprise Dan and Phillip came next morning and fitted a whole new panel, did not take long and after the job was done they left everything clean and tidy, the door looks great and my wife loves it.Abig thankyou to to jane and the two lads, and yes i would recommend your crew anytime,

First class windows and doors .
We are very pleased with the process from the beginning to the end having new window and doors installed by windows plus roofs. The two fitters worked hard on the installation that only took a day and a half. The work went very smoothly and everywhere was tidied up at the end of each day . All members of the team were friendly approachable and very professional.

Messy delight
Keith and Steve (fitters) were spot on.
Courteous, efficient and went above and beyond to make the whole process less invasive. The lads worked tirelessly and were an absolute delight to have around for the few days. There were some slight complications in the process. A couple of the units that were sent weren’t correct but Keith was quick to organise correcting and Jane (project coordinator) has been very helpful in keeping the process updated and moving forward. All in all very pleased and happy.
