If I could give no stars I would don't touch with a barge pole had my deposit 6 mounths for a job they never should have taken on.

The men worked really hard and made a great job for me. I would recommend this company to whoever has problems with theirconservatory etc. the work was really well done and the workmen were a pleasure.

I’ve been a customer for a few years of window warranty, recently my window was damaged due to vandalism. I rang window warranty and they were out immediately to make my home secure again. We are in our 60s so we feel better knowing that we are covered by such a quick and efficient company.

After two previous firms unsuccessfully tried to mend a leak in my conservatory, I was impressed with the way in which Warranty Windows set about the problem. Often the source of a leak is hard to find, but they were very professional, both in the initial visit and the surveyor's visit, and I was quoted a reasonable price which didn't increases the work went on. The job was done on the days they said it would be, even though ours was an emergency. The workmen were considerate and courteous. They kept us informed throughout the time the work was being done and the final quality of what they have done was excellent - they didn't leave the premises until we were satisfied and out property was left clean and tidy. They have since returned at my request to amend another unrelated task, which was completed without fuss.
The administration contacted us before, during and after the work to ensure that we were happy and they had met the agreed specification - we felt like they cared about the job they were doing.
I would highly recommend Warranty Windows Ltd to anyone who wants a job done properly and to a high standard. They were professional from beginning to end - and there is no more leaking conservatory!

Had 1 window that just needs the glass replacing... Their quote £1,800 and their justification... "the full thing needs replacing" when in actual fact it doesn't.
The frame is perfectly fine as are the 2 smaller windows.
Getting this done now for a less than 10% of what they quoted.
Rip off merchants - stay clear

Certainly not a fake review but this fair and truthful review was left well over a year ago, within days of the experience I faced!
I put a job on "Myjobquote" and your company responded, came out & provided the quote as detailed above.
Are willing to wait over a year for a call as I have waiting for a response to my honest, in person experience review???

What a company! Targeted my elderly mother into their services for a roof, then decided to put the price up! My mum said she couldn’t afford it, as they broke their contract, she was entitled to claim her 2k deposit back….. well 3 months later, phone call after phone call, her phone number being blocked by the company, led to believe the “accounts team” were sorting it didn’t do anything! Fortunately she had paid by credit card and claimed her money back….. excuse after excuse and the company believe they’re being “targeted” when my husband mentioned bad reviews to their director…. Not even an apology,, they would have never paid that back themselves ….. reported to the trading standards !

This company cold called my late father and said have you got any broken windows to which he said yes i have. One of the handles on the upstairs windows is broken.They took his Address down and called to my dads house the very next day all the way from Blackpool to Liverpool. My dad was suffering with dementia and prostate cancer and was 85 years old. When the man arrived he checked the windows and said to my dad. You need all the handles replacing and frames resealing and the Pvc cleaning. Me dad said ok. He took £700 pounds in cash and got my dad to sign a contract for the works to a total of £1850 pounds. When i went down to check on my dad few days later i noticed this contract on the side and read through it and asked dad what it was. He didnt even Remember. So i called up window warranty uk and a women i spoke too passed me over to her boss. I explained over the phone that my dad had dementia and cancer and doesnt remember anything about it. I then asked him to cancel the contract and return my dads £700 pounds deposit to which he replied sorry its to late now and i said the windows are only 10 years old and they only need one broken handle fixing so dont even bother turning up because you wont be allowed access. He then said ok i will see you in court and put the phone down. I must be honest here i was so peed off i started asking dad why he signed it why he handed over £700 pounds in cash. He just broke down crying saying he was sorry. These scumbags never returned my calls. A few days later i mentioned it to my mate in the pub and these 2 fellas sitting behind overheard me saying what had happend to my Dad. They said mate thats not on. We will go to Blackpool and get your dads money back. So i gave them the address and they called me the next day from window warranty uk office in Blackpool and saId we have got a cheque wrote out here mate for your dad for £700 pounds and they made them cancel the contract in writing and made them call up and say sorry to my Dad.
Sadly me dad passed away not long after this episode. This is the dealings we had with Window Warranty uk. BEWARE!!!! Guys.

Excellent aftercare by this company no issues and no running around when things don’t go to plan I would recommend this company as there service is brilliant and their workers are very efficient with a friendly service 5 stars for windows warranty well done guys

Hi, Just a line with a big thankyou. Thanks for the original booking with your visit of the Technical Advisor , the follow up by your Inspector Alistair (which proved very useful) and the three who fitted the patio unit and did the service of all double-glazed units, including new handles on three of the windows. The work was all expertly done. Thanks to all concerned with Ref. How good it is to see the back garden easily, and to have the large front widow that opens and closes again.

Couldn't be more pleased with the workmanship. Refurbished my conservatory windows and roof, leaks no longer in sight! The 3 lads that did the work were a joy, very polite and hardworking. The young woman who made the initial visit was a pleasure too, kept me informed throughout.
I will keep window warranty in mind if I need any more work in the years to come.

What can I say, I am truly over the moon with the work done by window warranty. I have had leaky and overflowing gutters for months, the lads have replaced my guttering and done a full refurb on my windows. I've had the gutters for a couple of weeks now and with the heavy rain theyve been a god send. My windows also look brand new. If i ever need any more work I know who to go to

We were pleasantly surprised at the expertise of the team that did our conservatory service. They were on time and very pleasant they did an excellent job and tidied up after the job was done. I would recommend the company to anybody.

I am writing this on behalf of an extremely good friend, who had booked this company to change 8, small panels in her conservatory roof.The quote initially given was nearly £2,400. A deposit of £700 was paid in April. A total of 5 times, this company booked for workmen to come out and cancel. It was only when she threatened to take further action & fight for her deposit back, did 2 workmen finally turn up. The job was almost finished, but still further work needs to be completed. What is particularly concerning is the fact that my friend is of mature years. Prior to each promised booking, she had to completely clear out her conservatory, then put it all back again. A taxing endeavour to say the least. An expensive job, with poor reliability. She would not recommend at all.

Ordered a replacement roof, put a £800 deposit down as required. Unfortunately I had to cancel the job within the initial 2 weeks, they acknowledged and said they would refund the deposit, they didn't! after not replying to emails, and even visiting them (To a less than pleasant reception) after 4 weeks I applied for a refund on the credit card and got it back that way.

Robbed our deposit, still processing credit card company to get our money back. Absolute rascals dont order from them. They increased the price from 4500 to 8000 when they were about to start their work and it was within the two weeks cancellation. We cancelled, they confirmed it and have been telling us theyve been waiting on accounting all this time. Shocking, 1350 day light robery.

I rang Window Warranty And spoke to a guy called Graeme Putman. I explained over the phone what I required and a job was complete in a very short time scale. Happy chappie. Friendly, assertive and attentive guy.

I have been with Window Warranty for many years and recently have had a flat roof, over my kitchen extension, replaced with the special rubber covering. I was very pleased with how the 3 young gentlemen worked and cleared up after themselves.
They may not be the cheapest but I trust their work.
