Great and helpful service. Ordered a charcoal kiln-yet to use it in anger but the quality is great and delivery 1st class. Informed along the way and comes with helpful instructions. Looking forward to charcoal fun!!

Slight hiccup!
Ordered a Sorby attachment on Wednesday, nothing arrived following Wednesday, phoned up and was told I should have been informed that Sorby shut for a week.
They immediately sorted it out and dispatched the bit straight way and I received it on Thursday by Fed-Ex. I am very pleased with how my query was handled and quickly sorted. Thank you for excellent service.

Brilliant, wonderful, warm salt of the earth folk who often go that extra mile to please, best postage and packaging BAR NONE too. Seriously, if there were awards for packaging, Woodsmith team would win every year. They ONLY stock the absolute BEST QUALITY tools and accessories, no cheap copies here. As they say in Yorkshire, buy cheap, buy TWICE. You won’t regret shopping here.

With Wood smith you can be sure your order will be despatched quickly and well packaged. They have a range of items for green woodworking, pretty much covering all you could need with a range of modestly priced items and more premium products. Quality service and products
I was looking for a Froe when I found this website. I was willing to pay 50 to 60 pounds but when I saw the Gransfors Bruk Froe I knew I had to get it, even though the £150 price tag.
Packet received, and I must say the way it was packed was really surprising. Quality and car taken was on another level. A joy to open! When opened it the Froe was better than expected. Super quality. Also received a free booklet about axes. Extra plus.
Would use Woodsmith again. Great service and products.
