Excellent customer service
The customer service we received today was excellent. We had problems with completing the renewal due to our particular circumstances (not the renewal process) and our advisor, new to the team, was fantastic - extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you for sorting our problem so efficiently.

Extremely helpful
Everyone at Woodsure has been so extremely helpful. I have had a complicated situation which has involved a lot of back and forth - and plenty of questions. All of which have been dealt with in detail, with patience and in a very kindly way.

Nikki was so helpful!
After spending many weeks fretting over the application with not much luck getting a response to my queries, I was overjoyed to encounter Nikki! Without a doubt this has been a stressful time for all involved but Nikki managed to talk me through the application and guide me in the right direction to ensure I managed to get the application in. I will inevitably have more work to do on it but I'm not as horrified as I would have been at the prospect of attempting it alone!

David came out to collect a sample of our logs for testing. He was friendly and explained the process in detail and was able to answer some questions we had.

So grateful to Nikki and her lovely, helpful and calming ways on the phone. She aided a rather confused and anxious fellow human, tick the boxes, fill the forms, part with his funds and hopefully continue to win the prize (RHI payments) once it's all sorted and I'm adept at posting wood to folks! Useless
Useless if you are applying for Woodsure Registration. Don't seem to have any idea that payment has been made or that the manual has been completed. They never get back to you if you call or email.

I am here in desperation
I am here in desperation, as Woodsure seem to reply to their reviews, which is more than they do to their emails. They did also ask me to leave them a review (!?)
Have been trying to register for the new self supplier scheme for two months now. Not a single reply to any of my emails and the phone just times out and asks you to leave a message for them to call back (which they don't)
The deadline for the scheme registration is the end of this month and they are now clearly completely over-run (predictable and could have been planned for). Given what I'm paying to be part of this scheme, and how long ago I started my application, this is abysmal.
As you don't reply to your emails and you're now telling people not to call you on your recorded message, maybe you can get back to me here and do some damage limitation? I think you'll have a few more of this type of review coming your way in the next few days unless you get your act together.
