Great customer service today. I had placed an order, and had a discount code but couldn’t see anywhere to put it. I accidentally put the order through without. I messaged them immediately (a Sunday night) to explain. First thing Monday they sorted out my refund for the discount. Brilliant.

I was only recently introduced to Wool Couture and from the outset have been impressed by the quality of their wool, knitting and crochet patterns. I am also impressed with their customer service; they have responded very quickly to my “many” email queries about the first knitting project I was working on, and now have honoured the sale price of additional balls of wool I need for Mabel Bunny (my mistake). So now I can’t wait for the extra balls to arrive to continue with this crochet project.

Thank you for your reply. However, as I explained in several emails I do not have the order details as it was a gift. I have never encountered a company that will refuse to give you advice on one of Their products unless you can produce an order number. A very unco operative company that still denies any responsibility. Happy to take customers money though……

Really poor customer service. Completing the rainbow blanket and everything was going ok but then one colour of wool was not enough to finish the pattern. The other colours have been fine so far with plenty left over. Customer service was really poor with a sarcastic comment from one person and then simply told undo it all and complete all colours with fewer rows or buy more wool. This £89 kit should be supplying sufficient wool in the first place. Learnt my lesson and will avoid Wool Couture and tell all my friends to as well

Beautiful products and exceptional quality. I cannot fault this company's ethos and customer service something which is difficult to find today. They have gone above and beyond to address my issue so I will definitely be buying from them again and recommending them to fellow crafters.

This a really good company with great customer service. I needed extra wool to complete the zebra and I paid for express shipping it the wool arrived the next day.

Customer Service at Wool Couture is OUTSTANDING. I had purchased a kit months ago and misplaced the pattern. I emailed Wool Couture with my dilemma, received a response within 12 hours, submitted my photo of my kit and received my pattern via email all within 24 hours of emailing Wool Couture initially. Couldn't be happier with their attention to a customer's plight. Bravo Wool Couture and Ali's attention to detail....

I recently received a knitting kit for Christmas and was really struggling with it. I emailed Wool Couture and asked if I could buy the crochet pattern instead, along with the extra yarn I’d need. I got a very quick reply with the links to the yarn I need with the promise t gf at they’d put the crochet pattern in with my order. All sorted so quickly and professionally. Thank you!

Bought the beginners scarf kit (x2) as presents for family. You'd hope for £30 you have all you need to make the scarf but as it turns out I'd paid £30 for some wool and instructions!

The website is just a joy to look at, I ordered TeeTee the dragon and I was blown away with the beautiful packaging, the overall presentation just makes me want to go back for more! (Which I will). I contacted them with a question about my order and it took them no time to reply, even in the thick of Christmas! Very friendly to deal with and would recommend anyone to take a peak at this website! Thanks all at Wool Couture! ☺️

I do not write many reviews normally but felt compelled to do so after receiving such a fantastic service. I placed an order and missed the Christmas delivery, I asked if I could receive my order a few days early and I was so pleased that i am able to knit a special present for my mum.

What a fantastic company. Not only great products (wools, patterns, kits) but the before sale and after sale care has been amazing. Wool Couture has looked after me brilliantly - answering any questions that I have without delay, sending kits abroad and offering the best customer care. Thank you

I ordered the beanie kit. It says it comes with a tapestry needle but I just got a bag with 2 balls of wool in it and no tapestry needle as advertised- not really a kit.
I emailed the company who told me I should have ticked a box for the needles and they cost extra but the kit should comes with a tapestry needle. Despite telling them there was no needle in 3 separate emails, the company representative, Ali just kept sending me screenshots of my order details and repeating I would have to pay extra. I've given up as taking up far too much of my time but disappointing and very poor customer service. Should be advertised as 2 balls of wool, not a kit. Avoid.

The Wool Couture crochet kit I purchased was fantastic! It had everything I needed to create a beautiful and cozy project.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I had to give1 star to be able to review. Bought jumper kit large size said I needed 10 balls. Ran out of wool, phoned company, a bored lady in warehouse answered gave me email address. Emailed advised to order 1 ball at £6.99 + £3.99 postage £11!! Kit cost £70 they estimated I needed 10 balls NOT ME. Disgusting customer service which I happen to have working in all my life. I have ordered many kits from other companies without any issues. They have lost my custom and my crafting friends too.

Always love Wool-couture kits and products - much more reasonably priced than other high street knitting kits and the quality is better in my opinion. I’ve shopped with them 3 times now and continue to love their products

Had an issue with an out of stock product but the team were super helpful in resolving the issue and finding a solution

What an unhelpful service. Paid for items not received. 2 emails. 3 phone calls and still nothing !!

A complete beginner, I’m working on my grey scarf having finally got the hang of crochet by watching YouTube videos because I found the included instructions rather unclear and confusing. The wool is a lovely colour but it doesn’t look like it does in the picture - it’s actually rather thick and itchy. Really disappointing. I had been expecting a thinner, more cotton like yarn that drapes elegantly as shown, but this wool is rather stiff. Not to worry, the haphazard process of learning to crochet has allowed me to pick up some crochet basics, but I’m basically having to make up my own pattern because the instructions create a very silly short scarf and I will have to sew two short bits together to make a long one. I might as well have bought some nice yarn and taught myself to crochet using YouTube. I’ll be more choosy and careful next time when I go for something more adventurous.
Be warned, what they call ‘sets’ are not really that at all. They consist of wool and confusing instructions. You have to buy a crochet hook separately. Waste of time, really.

I love shopping at this crafts store! They have a fantastic selection of materials, and the prices are always reasonable.
