These guys are just a scam
These guys are just a scam. If you guys will book the ticket and then they will call you after you will pay the amount then they will ask for more money saying that airlines has increased the fare and they will say compensate a bit and customer will have to do pay more. Not recommended at all very disappointed with customer service and the company. As an international student living in uk this was very difficult for me to do. I will not recommend this company at all for any person. They will show you a cheap price but they will ask for more after you will pay and then won't send you a ticket before. Very Bad experience. Thanks

The service I received from Semmi at World Tours Makan…
The service I received from Semmi Makan was exceptional, my flight times were changed twice and she sorted out sending my new e-tickets straight away, and before that I’d spoke to 3 different people all who said they’d send them.
Semmi was very efficient and professional.

Excellent Customer Service …
Helpful customer service in pointing out the issue I would have with my return ticket I booked online and gave me options at no charge. Soniya made sure I was supported to get the second travel ticket with all the options explored to find the right travel time that will enable the second traveler to reach and attend their event when they travel next month. A success story. Soniya was very engaging, thoughtful, put my interest first and was patient and respectful. I would recommend her (WTS) anytime!

AVOID AVOID AVOID
I paid for a ticket & being advised ticket would be sent in 24 hours. Instead when not received I call & told that ticket is more expensive, so as travelling within 48 paid the extra, but would never use them again.
Ended up paying the same as booking direct with the airline, so that is best to do in future.

Good experience.
It's my first time to deal with them. Only time will tell, but so far so good. The booking process was so easy, though they did ask for a top up and I was a bit sceptical at first but they did explain. Overall, I was happy with the service I received and customer service (Semmi) even made a follow up call to make sure I was happy. I hope to use them again next time.

Ticket to Zanzibar
Needed a ticket to Zanzibar. I had a budget set already and the tickets were way above that. Spoke to Rahul on the phone back & forth, and he was understanding to work with my budget and get me a ticket. Rahul is a good lad and I can finally go and enjoy a short holiday with my gf in Zanzibar. RAHUL, just know you made that happen and you should be proud. Thanks mate.

World tour is a scam
World tour is a scam, i have given them 5 star because i know people will read it but they do not deserve any star. I bought a Ticket from them, due to the war in the Middle East ticket was cancelled and world tour did not give any refund for it. When you but ticket from them and pay the ticket in full, they will still want to charge extra and when you refuse their staff will become aggressive and rude. Do not use them, read other peoples review before going ahead if you wish to they are a big scam.

The experience with world tour store…
The experience with world tour store had been an upside down journey. However, Semmi had been very helpful throughout the journey.
Initially, they charged me £638 and my ticket was booked and then they contacted me asked me for extra money to be fair which was the point that turned me off from this company. I really didn't wanted to proceed with them but however, their employees are helpful specially Semmi and Sandy - they charged the extra money £40 on top of what I had already paid to them initially which was displayed on their website but Semmi helped me throughout when my DOB was wrong and Sandy help me get the discount from £80 to £40.
Everything was good apart from the overcharged amount. I will share more when I travel, hopefully the travel will be smooth
