Deliveries are quite slow, i purchased two separate orders and latest order came quicker than the first one, prices are ok, only dislike is delivery

Unfortunately, the first order was placed over the Bank Holiday and was sent RM24 as per postage costs.
Your previous order was sent and arrived over 2 days as per postage costs but was not ordered over a Bank Holiday.
The third order was sent next day delivery as per postage costs, according to the value of the product.
We fulfil and dispatch most times same day but it is then in the hands of the courier.

We contacted you and this was corrected with a hand delivery of the correct order and we collected the order sent in error.
This exchange was on the same day.
You did not notify us that you received the wrong order, you emailed to ask when your order would be delivered.
I called you and found the error and we corrected it same day within 6 hours.
Deshedding comb also great at removing tangles
Groomer here. I bought the 8" deshedding comb at Crufts and it's my new favourite. It's excellent at removing undercoat and tangles and it doesn't hurt the dog. I wish I had bought one sooner.

Excellent grooming brush
Our dog groomer recommended the grooming brush for our miniature poodle and it was a reasonable price and is so easy and efficient compared to the brush we had been using before. Wish we had found it a year ago! Service quick and efficient - will definitely use Wow grooming again!

Puppy screamed when I used it
Puppy screamed when I used it. The brush has very sharp ends. One of which went into my finger and was very sore. So not surprising he screamed, it probably hurt him. Was ok on my older dog
