Its really useful to be able to call a company, who answer really quickly and speak to someone - Ashley in this case - who very quickly and efficiently identified the part required - which then arrived the next day

I run a private swiming pool which is used by local swim schools and families etc. 1st Direct have provided excellent servide to me over the years with pumps, chemicals, AFM, water testing equipment, pool covers, etc. Their knowledge and range of equipment is extensive and all at very competitive prices. Speed of delivery is second to none even at busy times. Thank you Iain and all the team at 1st Direct.

My experience with 1st Direct Pools was exceptional, particularly Steve at their showroom. He was very busy, being during a heatwave, but found time deal with my complex problems and purchases with speed and efficiency. The best prices and good availabity , what more can one ask for!

I can not fought the staff on their knowledge and helpfulness in everything I have phoned up to order they are reliable and when they give a day your product will turn up on site it is always there that day i would highly recommend 1st direct pools.

Steve my contact in the sales department was extremely helpful. My first order for chemicals was delivered overnight which I wasn't expecting. Their prices are very competitive. I bought a pool cover £500 less than other quotes. I will go to them first for anything I need.
