INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - UNBEATABLE PRICES
Very impressive.
Absolute Music has an enormous range of instruments and musical equipment. Their website is also very comprehensive and has a handy chat applet to enable any little uncertainties to be ironed out before committing to purchase. The staff have a wealth of product knowledge and can quickly and accurately talk about item specifics, stock levels and any other details of the sale etc.
Once the research is out the way, the point of sale is very easy and clear, and everything is confirmed via email.
Items above a certain price are delivered free in the UK and if, as with my purchase, items had to be ordered, exact delivery dates were specified.
This is the best sales experience I have had and will definitely be buying more equipment from them.

Perfection
I've used Absolute Music numerous times, and to me the service is far and above that of larger shops like Digital Village. On the phone they're very friendly and keen to help. Stock levels are always healthy (unlike Dolphin Music), Prices are very competitive, and delivery is always quick and efficient with a great delivery company that gives you a specific hour on when it'll arrive - perfect! They are now my No1 place to visit online for all things musical, and I highly recommend them to both industry professionals and home studio owners alike. I am a very happy customer!
