Advanced water company time and time again never fail to impress. I use this company religiously for cylinder spares, controls, various valves etc. Really quick at picking up the phone , no waiting time, no request to call them back and I always get an answer. Staff seem to be extremely knowledgeable and I've never had a problem with material supply. Great company to deal with.

I ordered an expansion kit for an Andrews
water heater, (£606.00) when I received it next day, I discovered that a 3/4 adapter was missing. I called customer services to ask for this part and a very slow process started via customer services. I needed this part urgently as the heater was to run my launderette, by late afternoon they called me to say that this part should have been in the box and that they would send me one in the post that day. I told them that because I had not heard from them I had ordered one from somewhere else at a cost of £50.
They eventually agreed to refund me for this, however I would still receive this part the next day. I did get a part delivered the next morning, the wrong part!! I contacted them again and yet again a slow process began, I was then emailed and told that yes it was an incorrect part. I was then I was told that it wasn’t a stocked item and would have to be ordered direct from Baxi and that I would have to pay for it!!! This item should have been in the kit and I shouldn’t have to pay for it twice,

I can’t recommend these guys highly enough! The phone is always answered in a timely manor, the staff are knowledgeable and always a pleasure to deal with. When you are a busy ‘on the tools’ contractor and you can make a five minute phone call and have the new part arrive next day it makes your job so much easier. I usually speak to James he is a credit to the company.
