Lamentable

Pour commander , aucun soucis, par contre pour ce qui est du retour et du remboursement, on n' en dira pas autant. Plusieurs appels au service clients, et jamais la même version des faits. Mauvaise fois, même lorsque qu'on les mets devant le fait accompli. Beaucoup de temps et d'énergie perdus pour rien. C'est lamentable.

Wrong size sent.

Wrong size sent although order and delivery invoice showering size. Trying to return was a nightmare (EVRI is the worst company ever). Still don't know if it has been received back, so no refund or proper size received.

Free Air Fryer?…

I reserved a free Air Fryer as requested but when my order came it was a ceramic mosquito lamp I got as a freebie. I've noticed other customers complaining of the same thing, how many people did get the air fryer.

To be honest my choices are very few due to my size I am only 5foot so most items I have to cut a lot of material away and gets to the point where I have alot of alterations..it is a pity because l love a lot of your garments.. Sylvia

Bad sizing change

I usto really love afibel clothing especially there tops, but since they have changed there sizing nothing fits right, was a 16 to 18 fit perfect now it's 14 to 16 not big enough or 18 to 20 too big. Think it's time to look elswear.

What went wrong you sent it to the…

What went wrong you sent it to the wrong address now I paid £ 9.92 to send it back to you as the next date for a returns pick up was going to be 12 th June the parcel was delivered on Thursday last week. Hopefully when you received the package you will redirect it to the correct delivery address. The delivery address on the invoice was correct but the parcel was sent to the billing address. Which is definitely a mistake by you as the delivery people would not have had details of my
