Difficult to contact

Items not received after 1 month. Tried to fill out online form but it won't take my telephone number so I will have to call them. So annoying.

Afibel have resolved the issue promptly by supplying a direct email which is far more convenient than telephoning.

Slightly dissatisfied customerI just cannot understand when you are…

I just cannot understand when you are given a discount and ref to apply when ordering on line you state the ref but don’t get the discount and are told you don’t recognize.
I had a £20 discount for being a good customer but didn’t get it because you then have another discount ref. But I do like Afibels clothes etc.,
