slow delivery time
slow delivery time, no updates on when the product would be delivered. When it did arrive it looked like a screwed up dish cloth, bad material and dirty, this company would have to improve a lot before i use them again

Place an order on 21/4. Been waiting until 8/5. Sent an email to query about delivery and was told my parcel has been lost! Not buying from Afibel anymore as delivery takes too long to deliver and you have to chase your delivery!!!

I'm sorry to hear your order was lost in transit on this occasion. However, this is beyond our control, and we do aim to resolve all issues once contacted.
Regarding our delivery time, we do always advise to allow 7 to 10 working days for all deliveries as they are shipped directly from our warehouse in France.

Not impressed with delivery time but decent customer service
Not impressed. Ordered on the 29/04/2025. Website says delivery 4 to 8 days - I expected delivery in time for my holiday on 12/05/2025. Chased up today as I had heard nothing further from Evri (the delivery service Afibel use in the UK) to be informed by Afibel that the items have only just left the warehouse in France and likely to be in transit now for a further 5 to 10 working days. So the website is misleading. As I no longer need the clothes I am told that I must pay to have them returned (I cannot cancel the order as from today, 8/05 it's now in transit). Suspect the items are really coming from China and are just delivered to a warehouse in France and then onto the UK.
UPDATE - thank you for the offer that I can return without further cost.

I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with the delivery timescale regarding your order. We do advise to allow 7 to 10 working days for all orders to be delivered from the date the order is placed as they are shipped directly from our warehouse in France.
I appreciate your order was placed according to the delivery timescale advertised on our website. However, this cannot be guaranteed, and I will pass this onto our marketing team for further consideration.

Disappointing response when I rang to…
Disappointing response when I rang to let them know about the recent passing of my mum. Complete lack of sympathy, only focused on paying the outstanding account (very small amount outstanding). Made it difficult for me to make the payment as they said they didn’t take Mastercard despite them stating they did on all their letters and correspondence. The only organisation to have treated me with such lack of respect since dealing with the loss of my mum.
