I submitted a claim in February 2025…

I submitted a claim in February 2025 for a flight that was canceled and it is now June 2026 and I have not received any feedback from Aireclaim. They have not been helpful at all, they took all my details only to not be of any assistance. I have been told to be patient and now it is over a year later and still no compensation and feedback.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that waiting for a resolution can be frustrating. However, we would like to clarify that the delay is not due to any lack of action from our side.

We informed you that the airline refused payment of your compensation, and since then we have forwarded the case to our legal partners. We also explained that this stage can take a considerable amount of time, as it depends on external procedures and not only on Aireclaim.

At the moment, we have no further update to share. We do not send repeated emails simply to say that there is no news, because we do not want to unnecessarily fill your inbox. As soon as there is any relevant development, we will inform you immediately.

For this reason, we believe this review does not fairly reflect the work carried out on your case. We remain committed to pursuing it through the appropriate channels.

I had to do all the chasing

I had to do all the chasing, if I didn't email for updates I would have no information and probably no money for my cancelled flight.
Also when I finally did receive some compensation, there was no invoice with the total amount and how much commission was taken by aireclaim.

Disappointed

"They were unable to assist me with the claim because the flight was not within the EU. I was very disappointed."

In this case, the flight unfortunately does not meet the legal eligibility criteria for compensation under the applicable passenger-rights regulations, as it was not covered by EU Regulation 261/2004. This is a matter of law and not something we can influence or override.

When a claim is not legally eligible, we believe it is important to be transparent and inform passengers promptly rather than raise false expectations. For this reason, we were unable to proceed further with your case.

Do not bother with this company.
They have kept me waiting for almost a year since I made my claim for a cancelled flight. I still have not received my claim after a years constant fobbing off and lack of communication.

We’re sorry to hear about your frustration. Unfortunately, airlines often do not pay compensation voluntarily, even in clear cases. When this happens, our litigation department must escalate the case to the relevant Aviation Authority or legal stage. This is not something we can control—it is the airline’s unwillingness to comply with EU Regulation 261/2004 that prolongs the process.

We understand this delay is disappointing, but please know we have kept you informed throughout and explained that escalated cases can take many months (sometimes over a year) depending on the authority’s response times. Aireclaim’s role is to represent and support passengers until they receive what they are legally entitled to, even when the process is slowed down by external entities.

The airline had refused my claim for a 9 hour delay

The airline had refused my claim for a delay of nine hours, but with Aireclaim I got my compensation! I can only thank them and congratulate the whole team for their good work.

Can be better

I received a compensation for my cancelled flight, but the communication from the company can be better. Also I recommend reading the fine print not to be surprise on their cut and the amount coming to you in the end.

Confused

Can’t really know what to believe anymore so I can’t really rate at moment
So far they saying airline agreed to paid and I was goin to get paid in 2 weeks and it’s been nearly a month no payment
No one replies
There’s a family on the same flight she’s claims that she’s done the claim well after me and she’s already got paid so really I don’t know what to believe
I guess I just have to wait a week or so and then try something different I will keep u guys update

Don't work with this company, you will loose your money and your claim.Is a scam/fraud company.They will not give you the money after you will win the case.Will give you many emails that you must wait for money.I have 3 months waiting my money and nothing.

When airlines refuse to pay voluntarily and we are forced to escalate matters to court, the process can take months or even years depending on the jurisdiction.

This is not because Aireclaim withholds payments—we only succeed when our passengers succeed. We continuously fight for passenger rights and follow up with airlines and courts until compensation is actually paid. Negative reviews directed at us because of airline delays and unwillingness to pay are unfair, as the true obstacle lies with the airlines’ tactics to avoid compliance.
