I thought I lost the money of the tickets I bought from Warsaw to Málaga and back. After paying for the reservation, I received 2 weeks an email later that all flights were cancelled because of the pandemic. That was in March 2020. I paid in February 2020. Tickets were from Ryanair and I had to pay to a Czech agent: KIWI.COM
KIWI.COM is a bunch of cheaters, criminals. My advice: don't do any business with KIWI.COM!!!! They made me pay extra money in order to get "ALL my reservation costs back, within 2 months".
I heard nothing, I received nothing, also not after 1 year.
I wrote and called them many times. My patience was already gone and I told them exactly what I found of their shady business. In 2022, around March, after the approx. 20th time I contacted KIWI.COM, I received a message that Ryanair transferred the money to "my account at KIWI.COM". But it was not 100%, it was approx. 50% only. I told them that it was stealing my money, because I was told I would get 100% and for that I paid extra money.
I told them to transfer that money to my bank account. They refused. They told me that I could only use that money for a next flight that I book via KIWI,COM
No matter what I told, they told me that I would never get it. I was furious.
I contacted the EU, when I was looking online how the get at least a part of my own money back.
That lead me to this company. They took things over from me and from there, it went smoothly.
The only minus is: from that 50% I was entitled to get, 30% was commission fee for this Portuguese judicial firm.
Including the extra costs that I had to pay to KIWI.COM (in total € 380) I received nett € 120 which is only about 30%. I understand that lawyers cost money, no problem. But I do have a big problem with Ryanair to steal 50% of my money, and with KIWI.COM for refusing to transfer me the money (50%of the amount) to my bank account.
Fortunately, this Portuguese company was a great help! And their response time was always within 1 day!!!

Helped me receive compensation without useless paperwork from my behalf
My flight got delayed when I was on my way to the airport, but only for an hour. When I arrived at the airport I got few new messages about delay and at the end my flight was scheduled at 8 pm instead of 6 am, so I drove back to the city so I didn't wait the whole day at the airport. Airline got us only a woucher for a sandwich before flight. I missed my shuttle because of delay when I arrived back to my final destination so I had to arrange new transportation and accommodation for one night. After few months I got my money back thanks to Aireclaim. My extra expenses because of delay are now covered so I am happy about it.

I contacted them 1 year ago and they confirmed they would bring my case to court, after 6 months of not hearing back from them all my hope was gone. However, they did get back to me in the end and within a week my money was transfered to my account.
