Our fiber broadband installation was delayed by three weeks, so I needed a temporary internet solution to keep our household connected. After researching options and comparing providers, I came across Airgen Go, which stood out for both its network coverage and pricing.
Not only did Airgen Go offer the best 5G coverage for our area, but it was also around four times cheaper than the next best alternative I found. The value for money was outstanding.
What really set Airgen Go apart, however, was the customer service. Ben was phenomenal from start to finish. Although Airgen Go dispatched the device as promised for next business day delivery, Royal Mail unfortunately delayed it by an extra day. Ben proactively reached out and even offered a partial refund for the inconvenience, despite the delay being outside of their control. That level of customer care is rare these days.
The setup was incredibly simple and within minutes we were online. Throughout the school holidays, its keeping my kids entertained with streaming and gaming, while my wife and I were able to work from home without any issues on Teams calls or video meetings.
I couldn't have asked for a better temporary broadband solution. Excellent coverage, exceptional value, and first-class customer service. I would highly recommend Airgen Go to anyone looking for reliable and affordable 5G internet.

Glad the coverage worked out for you and that Royal Mail's slip didn't spoil things too much in the end. Sounds like the router earned its keep over the school holidays too, that's exactly what it's there for.
