Years of Flying & Noooo Problems.

They charged me an extra $1,300 to get home after Delta cancelled my flight and had no other seats available. Delta made arrangements and ir cost me dearly. My card shows $1,616.00 to United and an additional $1,300 to Air Tickets. I didnt have a choice.

I used this company to cancel and obtain a refund for my BA flights. They charged $275 to do this and promised my refund will be in my account within 45 days. This took 30 days. The contact form won’t work without a booking reference. They never gave me one. Can’t phone them, as the phone line is a premium rate one. Which I only realised once I’d finished talking to them - £100!!!

I booked a flight over a month ago and have not recieved so much as a confirmation email.
They charged me 160 euro and when I tried to contact them, the phone number does not work and the support form will not submit as it forces to fill out a booking reference which has not been given.

Absolute trash!!!! This is my first overseas flight and my mom was helping me book the ticket. I was under the impression that she had changed the ticket for me because my visa hadn’t come in time. Really she was on the line with them because they wanted to charge us $3,000 to CHANGE the flight AFTER we had already paid for the insurance on the flight!!! She then gave them my number after they said they would call me to try and get a better price. The man called me right after he called my other knowing full well that we did not want to accept the flight. He was extremely rude and pushy and barely spoke English. He said that we had rebooked the flights and he was calling to tell me there was a change by one hour in one of the ticket times and that I had to confirm immediately or loose the booking (all lies of course). Of course I confirmed, as I did not want to loose the booking. Now we are stuck trying to get a refund of almost $2,000 and no one will answer a phone. On hold for over 2 hours. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Complete scam. This company says they are an agent for KLM but they are not. Why does KLM not try to stop this company pretending to be an agent for KLM.

I am supposed to get a refund of $287.00 for my air fare and $24.00 for my insurance, which I purchase on March 16th, 2023.
When checked with my credit card company, these thieves refunded me only $247.00 on my credit card, no refund of $24.00 for the insurance and my airfare of $287.00 was deducted the amount of $40.00.
So instead of $287.00, I was refunded only $247.00. I want my full refund of $287.00 plus $24.00 for my insurance.
If there was a zero on your scale, I would rate you that for my review.

Pretending to be Delta airlines and attempted to charge me close to $1200 for a name change of one letter, by the time I figured out it was not Delta they had gotten into my Delta ticket and canceled it!!!!! Scary! Fraud! How they get you is you google the customer service number for an airline, in my case Delta - it’s their number. They tell you they are Delta or whichever airline you attempted to call. Then they act as though whatever situation you have is a HUGE problem and attempt to charge you. With me they said that since I had two Delta tickets they would need to charge me $600 (each) to cancel and rebook due to one letter change. I hung up on them as I thought “ok this CANNOT be Delta”! I then took my time looking for Deltas real customer service number. They informed me that this was a huge scam and “Brad” didn’t work for them. They fixed everything but “Brad” had canceled one of my tickets, got the credit n charged me for a new ticket (over $1200) Had to spend two hours on the phone with Delta and my credit card -so it all got fixed in the end but outraged at the attempt to steal my money, lie to me, and I worry for anyone falling into this by mistake! Super scary situation and I’ve never fallen for a scam but this was a tricky one!!!!

Scammers. Fraud. It took me 6 hours within 2 days to get them to assist me with a refund. Credit card is still pending charges. They lie about seating assignments and pricing. They identify themselves as the main airline and when you question them they will indicate that they have worked for them for years.

Pessima esperienza! Usando skyscanner ci hanno reindirizzati a loro, appena pagato con paypal ( per fortuna) ci dicono che il prezzo è aumentato e di ripetere l’operazione… intanto la preautorizzazione è stata fatta e i soldi per ora sono andati… ci dovrebbero essere riaccreditati tra qualche giorno. Disgusting Company. Wasted hours on clarifying the seats ( for my self and my wife) after calling the airline company to confirm the booking , then finding out I have no seats assigned for us after paying $600 extra/seat and finding out they lied to us (not having any seats on premium economy for us) after we paid extra $1200 . Just waisted hours for clarifying the situation , on the end they’ve been very uncooperative , which forced us to cancel the reservation with them. Very disappointing service from them.

I searched for Delta’s customer service phone number on Sept 28, 2022 when we were worried about travel during Hurricane Ian. This company represented itself online as Delta’s customer service phone number and the representative consistently represented themselves as the Delta customer service rep. They reiterated that all flights are slated to be cancelled the next day due to the hurricane, invoking fraudulent fear that we would be stuck across the country if we did not reschedule through them immediately. They stated that the next available flights would be DAYS later so we needed to make the change as soon as possible. These fraudulent claims were baiting on the fear and the fragile state I was in as we were traveling for my mothers funeral with my family. They continued to increase the price of the tickets even though I was seeing the pricing through Delta’s app showing the constant $500 total for each ticket. They continued to state that what I was seeing online was an error and that the rates had not been updated. They stated that if I went to book through the site, the updated pricing would appear and that on their side in the system the prices were skyrocketing due to the hurricane so time was of the essence. This was not accurate as I confirmed with Delta after I paid realized this was all a scam that, no, the tickets were STILL SELLING at the $500 rate after we made the change through this scam company. In all we paid $2,287.20 to change three tickets which should have actually resulted in under $800 total. In the documentation they sent they are representing the price as the ACTUAL ticket price and do not reflect any fees or any breakdown of what the costs are associated with whatsoever. Upon calling to remedy this the agent became argumentative, continuing to lie about how they did not misrepresent themselves. I would not have purchased had they stated they were an agency. I will be contacting Naples, Florida authorities as well due to fraud. They are known as Travel Service Pad on BBB.

The last 2 flights of my trip were cancelled and when I called airtickets to get them to rebook they just resent the original email with the old flight info. I couldnt get an english speaking person to talk to and feel this booking agency is nothing but a scam

Let me state this, I did receive my air ticket on the flight I wanted. I tried calling southwest but when I called the advertised Southwest number I got Airtickets. Patrick told me to change my flight it would cost $249 on top of the $250 price for the original flight. I was trying to leave Buffalo New York during the snow storm, so booked the flight through air tickets. I decided to do a quick Google search on reviews on air tickets after reading the reviews and seeing everyone say it’s a scam, I typed in Southwest customer service number and the real number came up. I explained what happened, I was confirmed on the flight but the cost of having to change my flight would have only been $27 not $249. Lesson learned, I can’t say it was a scan because I got an actually seat but be careful and make sure you’re talking to the actual air line company not airtickets. I want to add this, I did ask him if he worked for southwest and he said they book flights for southwest. I should have followed my gut but like I said lesson learned just be carful when booking any flight.

The worst experience ever I will never get tickets from here this is the biggest scam going they charge you for a ticket and then you can not use it unless you pay a additional fee which is more than the round trip ticket I initially paid for. Buyers be aware it’s a scam

Air Canada cancelled our flight by email. We clicked on the Air Canada phone number in the email to reschedule. Unbeknownst to us, that phone number was answered by air-tickets.com. They charged us $1,100 to rebook. Air Canada says they themselves rebooked the flight for free and denies any knowledge of air-tickets.com

This agency, located in Naples Florida, pretended to be Lufstansa airlines and attempted to sell me fake tickets. Thankfully, after finding their location and threatening to contact the police as well as working with my credit card, I was able to get my money returned. This is purely a scam operation and makes their money by misrepresenting different airlines. There is no intention to actually get you tickets. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. They should be raided as a criminal operation and shut down.

The representative pretended to be from Delta (the phone number came up first when I googled "Delta Airlines phone"). He tried to charge by $1600 fora $700 ticket. I realized this was a fraud, but had already given my credit card number. I told him he did not have my permission to complete the charge. I hung up, and he then called me back three times, threatening to make it so that I would be unable to purchase any tickets on the flight I wanted (said that he would buy them all up). Now I see that he ran my card, so I'm dealing with my bank's fraud department.

Worst experience ..ever. Pathetic Pathetic..More then pathetic.Pls. never buy a ticket from Airtickets.they are there to grab your money only.Once you have given the money, they vanish.

When I spoke with the American Airlines I the Rep told me she has worked at American Airlines for quite a while a while and they have never heard of a policy of charging the customer when the Airlines changes the time. This is total scam. I think the FTC or the .attorney general of your state should be contacted.
