The customer service is pathetic. The phone is not reachable. They do not respond to service request. I am trying to reach them from a week, but in vain.

Horrible experience.
They changed completely my flight from Dubai to Cairo. I’ll never use this service in the future

leurs sites fonctionnent mal et n'enregistrent pas votre nom complet. lorsque vous faites une réclamation ils commence à vous parler en Anglais, le N° de tél ne fonctionne pas, 17 mails pour vous répondre par non la correction de votre nom n'est pas possible il faut annuler et réserver à nouveau. il vous rembourse 6.36€ sur 158.50€ c'est le règlement. vous réservez chez Mytrip il y a de nouveau une erreur de nom . ainsi de suite .

Habe ein Flug bei airtickets gebucht.Rio de Janeiro 20.01.18 22:50 Ankunft in Casablanca um 9:35 dann Aufenthalt 1:50 Weiterflug Sonntag um 11:25 nach Berlin. Ankunft in Berlin 16:25. Der Flug fand tatsächlich am 20.01.18 um 00:10 statt,d.h. ich hätte am Freitag um 20:30 einschecken müssen. Ankunft in Casablanca Sa. um 9.35 dann 1 Nacht im Hotel verbringen. Weiterflug am So. den 21.01.18 nach Berlin um 11:25. Da ich den Flug verpaßt habe konnte ich nach Umbuchung die Reise erst am 27.01.18 um 00:10 fortsetzen. Die Umbuchung fand aber nicht über airtickets statt sondern über die Fluggesellschaft Royal Air Maroc. Habe versucht über die Tel.Nr.Kontakt aufzunehmen nichts ,emails geschrieben keine Antwort .Kann euch nur raten bucht niemals bei airtickets, ihr seit euer Geld los und habt nichts als Probleme hinterher. Werde jetzt versuchen mein Geld wieder zubekommen.

After reading all these reviews I got a little scared because I already had made my reservation. Well, one week after that they sent me an email with the info that the flight was changed for another day. I just replied asking to cancel all the thing and one week after I had the money in my account. They guy on the call center was also very polite and fast.
Can't give 5* because of the problem with the flight, but 4* for sure.

I sélect m’y flight on airticket and after my payment done l received a confirmation flight with a other hours than my booking.

After several mails they offers me a ticket with my good flight travel against 440€ more !!

je suis très énervée, le numéro donné dans le mail est toujours injoignable !!!! impossible de changer nos billets d'avion ! ce sont bien des voleurs, des arnaqueurs !!! je leur ai demandé de me rappeler, il m'ont envoyé le numéro à appeler de changement de vol : 0970735000 qui ne fonctionne absolument pas !! vous êtes des voleurs et des menteurs !!!!!!!!!!! je vais vous faire une pub de gros nuls voleurs menteurs !!!!!! notre voyage tombe à l'eau, notre argent aussi, tout !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! vous n'avez pas assez d'argent ???? ça vous suffit pas, il faut encore et encore voler les gens ! plus de gens !!!!! je vous mets en procès dès aujourd'hui ! ça peut pas continuer comme ça !!!!

Never reply to emails. Tried to cancel my tickets for 2 weeks and I was so closed to my travel date. Had to waste money on making international calls to them and hold for hours before any one would pick up the phone.They are not professionals and should be banned.

ticket gebucht ... abflug monat wurde geändert also versuch ich den flug zu stornierten ...kein rückmeldung und tel ist keiner zu erreichen.... " diese rufnummer ist zur zeit nicht erreichbar" ....

Habe am 31 .12 17 einen Flug gebucht .
Bis heute habe ich keine Benachrichtigung per Mail bekommen.
Ich habe eine Pseudo Buchungsnummer erhalten die aber so der Anschein, fake ist.
Geld wurde per Visa eingezogen .
Diese dubiose Firma zu kontaktieren ist nicht möglich .
Habe heute mein Geld zurück buchen lassen .
Ich rate jedem ab !!!!!

Habe gestern Vormittag 2 Tickets in Business Class von FRA - MLE gebucht, weil das Angebot einfach unschlagbar war.
Klar hatte ich Bauchschmerzen, nach all den schlechten Bewertungen...
Hat aber alles reibungslos geklappt, Ticket ist bestätigt und auch beim Crosscheck mit der Airline, wurde mir das Ticket bestätigt.

On 30 December we - along with hundreds of other travellers - missed flights out of Geneva due to bad weather in the French Alps. We had to book new return flights from Geneva to London. We booked a flight via Zurich through Airtickets. Airtickets advertises a 24 hour cancellation and rebooking service for a small fee per ticket ($75AUD).

After completing the booking and paying realised we had accidentally booked the flight with a 23 hour stopover rather than the one with 45 minutes. Within the hour (which was 11:00 pm Geneva time) we contacted airtickets to try to cancel and change the flights. After 40 minutes on the phone we were told that this was not possible because it was now the 31 December because their office works on Greek time. There is nothing in their terms and conditions that says the 24 hours is a calendar day rather than 24 hours from booking.

After much argument with the call centre, they agreed that we could change the ticket, but at a much higher per ticket charge than advertised. We paid $1050AUD for 4 tickets, so with a $75 per ticket cancellation fee, we expected a $750 refund. However, we were told we would only be refunded $500. We were put on hold for this to be discussed and the agent disconnected the call.

To make matters worse, the ticket sold to us included checked baggage, but when we checked in at the airport, we were advised that baggage was not included, even though we had an itinerary confirming we had checked baggage. Swiss Air -who were amazing - advised us that Airtickets had sold a ticket with baggage, but booked a ticket with baggage.

This company is disgraceful

This person should not be in the business of Customer services. After I purchased my ticket, I needed to make a change and I have tried to call them for two days no one ever answers the phone. each time I call I been on help after the automated system and entering all my information. but I never got to speak to anyone and I end up not making the change I needed
I usually look the reviews before using any online service, but this time I was in a hurry to make an emergency travel.

NIE WIEDER!
Ich habe über airtickets und tripsta kurzfristig Flugtickets gebucht mit Abflug am nächsten Tag. Im ausgewählten umrahmten Kästen wurden mir meine gewünschten und gewählten Flugzeiten angezeigt. Kurzfassung von Wien über Istanbul nach Dubai. Abflug 14:20 mit einer Std Zwischenstopp. Nach Bezahlung per Kreditkarte bekam ich die etickets per Mail und auf einmal stand da Abflug 7:00 Aufenthalt in Istanbul 8:15 Stunden!!! Nie wäre dieser Flug in Frage gekommen. Habe sofort die Hotline angerufen um den Flug zu ändern. Jedoch hob keiner ab nach zig Versuchen. Doch dann eine Dame die englisch sprach aber auflegte. Kontakt Formular ausgefüllt keine Antwort. Also buchte ich direkt bei der Fluglinie den Flug um auf die Zeit die ich eigentlich gebucht hatte. Kosten 260€.Es blieb mir nichts anderes über, da der Flug schon am nächsten Tag statt fand und ich niemanden erreichen konnte, also musste ich selber handeln. Habe danach um Stellungnahme gebeten bei airtickets, keine Antwort. Habe den Konsumentenschutz eingeschaltet weil ich anscheinend kein Einzelfall bin. Siehe Bewertungen bei trustpilot tripsta. Ich möchte noch erwähnen, dass ich schon viele Flüge, Reisen, Möbel usw per Internet bestellt habe und es hat bislang immer einwandfrei funktioniert. Einen Fehler von meiner Seite, kann ich ausschließen! Ich bin immer noch ein Fan von Internet shoppen, aber es gibt Firmen von denen sollte man die Finger lassen dazu gehören leider auch etickets und tripsta, sonst wird die Reise schnell teurer als geplant oder eben länger und nicht so komfortabel. Schön für die Personen die mehr Glück hatten und das bekommen haben was sie bestellt haben! Ich gehörte leider nicht dazu. Chancen 50:50 entweder es klappt oder eben nicht, entscheidet selber ob ihr über diese Seite bucht. Kundenservice gibt es zwar aber, man müsste mal jemanden erreichen!

I was very afraid to buy a ticket to Brazil through Airtickets since bad reviews i had read but i took the risk because it was cheaper than others online agency, and everything was perfect, in few minutes i got my tickets, then i went to the airline website (latam) to confirm it and yes, everything perfect.

3 months ago I was told I can cancel my US tickets and will receive full refund due to airline going to administration; I was told it will be within 5 days then 15 - I have never seen my money again; The customer service is below poor - got response from Nikos Kyritsis email/customer service who responded with the same message to two different emails, not addressing my requests for timeline of refund or updates or explanation why am I getting conflicting promise and each deadline company promised has passed and I received not even courtesy message to say they won;t be met and why - just copy and paste from previous emails; Incompetent and arrogant; Company went quiet and absolved itself of any responsibility to its customers, even after making refund promises and despite me purchasing protection on my tickets; Treating customers paying a lot of money for long haul flights with arrogance - the company that should be looked at by a watchdog and prevented from trading

I've book a flight through airtickets Bratislava- Tel-Aviv somewhere in april this year. I had mistaken my birthdate and send them an email. They've contact me back less then 24 hours changing it to the right date with no charge. Everything was well. The price didn't changed and flight was on time. Flew with smartwings.

I booked really closely to the flight date (couple of days before) , so take that in mind.

I booked a flight to Milan but my ticket was non valid , i tried to contact them but they never replied and their contact number is not existent. Now I'm wondering how to get my refund if i'm dealing with a ghost.

I have been working on this website the past 3 hours! I have entered my birthday and expiry date of passport several times. In each time, at first it shows my correct dates, then changes them to one day earlier. Both dates keep changing. I think the system deliberately changes information, so that your ticket is invalid. Also, I entered my credit card information, it keeps loading, I don't even know if it charged me or not; no confirmation, no notification. But even if it did so, it would be with wrong information, because the website does not keep the dates correctly. If they are a trustworthy company, then they have a terrible website that doesn't work properly. If not, they are crook, I don't see any other explanation, but either way it is terrible, don't even try it.
