AIRTICKETS da evitare assolutamente...una VERGOGNA...Tramite Skyscanner accettano una prenotazione e ti vendono il biglietto a prezzi competitivi, si prendono i soldi e dopo un paio di ore annullano la prenotazione MA I SOLDI SE LI TENGONO!!! A distanza di una settimana ancora nulla. Altre agenzie del genere fanno lo stesso ma almeno i soldi li stornano subito.
Quindi non cadeteci...per risparmiare pochi euro entrate in un tunnel di problemi....

They take the money for 4 tikets and than cancel the tikets. Shame on you

This was a horrible. Do not book if at all possible. Even had unlimited insurance to cancel that didn't even work. Websites don't work contacts wont work, finally got someone on the phone and they refused to send me what I needed and hung up on me claiming they would call back....nope.

Have been using Airtickets in the past but this will be the last time we ever do business with them.. After booking a trip to Africa and paying the extra service that covers changes or cancellations, I received an email two months before the flight that the airline has changed the flights and we had to spend extra hours on what is already considered a long flight. The very same email from Airtickets was giving us the option to either agree with the changes or they would ask for a full refund from Qatar on our behalf. We decided to cancel our trip and immediately cancelled our accommodation (with 0 cancellation fees) and standby for refund from Airtickets.. This is when the issue with their customer service arised.. the customer service team would not reply on emails for days in a row and then got back to me with generalisations and vague answers just to gain time.. also they were claiming that we should contact Qatar and that they are not responsible to give us an answer.. After several back and forth emails I have called Qatar where a lovely lady at their efficient customer support has informed me that there will be a cancellation cost of 220USD per ticket to cancel our flights or we could amend our destination and dates according to the new flight we choose. This was the only thing I was asking from the beginning ...! Also, she made it clear that I shouldn't be calling them but the agent has an obligation to help us out with the procedure.. I am still now after two weeks trying to get in touch with Airtickets and solve this but they are just so hard to contact and so difficult to assist, they just take your money and then can't be bothered. It's a disgrace ..

i did everything then in the last step ( Buy safe ticket ) when i clicked it it brings me to the first step ( information ) , so if it's done - when they will take the money ??

Ich kann mich absolut nicht den ganzen vorherigen Negativ-Bewertungen anschließen: Bei mir hat sowohl die Online-Buchung, die Übermittlung des E-Tickets als auch die Stornierung meinerseits aufgrund Änderung der Flugzeiten tadellos und innerhalb von 2 Tagen funktioniert. Ich habe den leisen Verdacht, dass einige Leute nicht richtig lesen, oder nicht richtig mit dem Internet umgehen können und dann zwangsläufig auch immer an die falschen Stellen geraten, bzw. eben nicht das erreichen, was sie wollen. Dann werden natürlich sofort die betreffenden Unternehmen als die Schuldigen dargestellt!!! Meiner Ansicht nach sollte dies den Betreffenden einmal richtig deutlich gemacht werden, damit sie aufhören, das eigene Versagen auf andere zu schieben.......

After I payed 880 USD for the air ticket, surprisingly I discovered a second transaction of 17.61 USD (foreign transaction fee) on my credit card. To me it is absurd to pay a foreign transaction fee when both the credit card and the transaction were in USD. After I have contacted Airtickets both in writing and over the phone, their answer was, "airtickets is based in Europe and does not have a physical presence within the borders of United States, however the prices are displayed in USD to enhance your booking experience". The fee was not refunded to me. What disappointed me is their unfair way of doing business using hidden fees. I want to let everybody know to help them make an INFORMED DECISION.

Airtickets is a ripoff company. Avoid at all costs. I paid for the premium service at an extra 60 euro for baggage and they didn't provide it. I had to pay an extra 80 euro just to put my baggage on the flight!! when I addressed this they wafted around for weeks not addressing the issue. I called there "customer service " (international call) and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes with no connection. Needless to say i was never refunded. Its hard to think companies like this actually exist these days!!

Inacceptable, nous avons réserver avec cette compagnie, notre vol a été annulé , communication difficile, processus lent, pas de numéro 1-800, donc appel interurbain multiple. la pire compagnie avec laquelle j'ai eu affaire. vivement déconseillé. pas de dédommagement.

Worst booking site ever. I booked a flight and called the airline to confirm the day of the flight. Turns out airtickets had changed the day of my flight without informing me, flight was changed to day before, meaning it was considered a no show. Thankfully the airline reinstated my ticket for me. I was given no information about a flight change, and the airline said the change was made through the airport. Pretty awful that airtickets would call and change my flight without letting me know. I would have been very angry if I got to the airport tonight and realized they had changed my flight to yesterday.

They continually emailed me asking for passport information but didn't answer anything I sent them. They are impossible to contact and it looks like the link they keep sending me in the emails isn't even available anymore. Such a scam.

Such an awful company, I will NEVER book with them again.

If you have a choice do not ever book with this sham of a company-

My flight was cancelled by the airline and the one I was subsequently booked on was also cancelled- granted this is not airtickets fault but... trying to call them from Beijing where I was stuck was then impossible. I have spent 20 minutes on hold with no responce and subsequent similar attempts yeilded no result. You are not provided with any email address on the website or any of the confirmation/ reciepts. The last straw is that the query form on the website does not work and will not let you submit a question.

I have spent aprox 900 euros on 3 flights and have no recourse / help in rescheduling/ refunding any part.

This is unacceptable - It seems that other people have had the same experince judging by the reviews.
If you have choice book with ANY other agent/ directly with the airline beacuse this company will do nothing for you

If there was an option for zero stars, I would give it to them because they are truly terrible. I was going to cancel a flight within 24 hours of my booking. The rules on their website says they follow the carrier rules (in my case, it was Alaska Airlines which allows free cancellations within 24 hours of booking), but when it was time for me to cancel they said the ticket is non-refundable, that the carrier rules don't apply to them. Moreover, they said they charge a change fee of $180, whereas Alaska only charges $125. They said I have the option of changing my flight with Alaska, which is a total lie, because I called Alaska myself and they said airtickets.com has blocked them from doing anything. What liars!!! And they say their service is 24/7, and yet when I asked to speak with a supervisor they didn't have one.
NEVER, EVER USE THIS WEBSITE.
I wish this site would one day fail and go bankrupt for payback for all the lies they have told people.

C'est la première fois que je réserve chez Airtickets.com
J'ai réservé fin janvier 2017.
Je pars la semaine prochaine. Impossible de les avoir en ligne. Et via leur site, ils ne répondent pas toujours à toutes les demandes.
Ryanair me dit qu'il ne me connait pas car Airtickets a réservé en son propre nom avec son adresse mail... Et Airtickets me disait que je devais imprimer mes billets via le site de Ryanair. Impossible à faire car la réservation a été faite avec leur adresse mail que je ne connais pas et dont je n'ai pas eu de réponse jusqu'à ce jour. Donc, je ne peux même pas ajouter des bagages en soute.
Très mauvaise expérience avec eux, ce sera la dernière fois.
Dans les conditions, il est mis "que les billets me seront envoyés 24h avant" le départ (mais je n'ai pas eu cette info dans les réponses par mail), on verra ...

J'ai réservé sur ce site car les prix étaient les meilleurs. J'ai ensuite vu les avis sur ce site et j'ai eu peur....pour rien! Tout s'est bien passé. Seul soucis: impossible d'ajouter un bagage en soute à l'aller, et sans explications (bug du site? Temps entre les deux avions insuffisant?...)

Hello, unfortunately I have a very bad experience with them too. I need to cancel my booking and it is impossible to contact them. I tried several forms, e-mails, phone numbers but no answer. Did anybody here finally get through the phone machine? Any idea how to contact them?
