My 8yr old son travelled to africa as an unaccompanied minor Using Kenya airways., Through your help, he was able to arrive home safely, and I just want to say thank you for your company for you made it possible for him to have a safe journey. You made all the arrangements and made it easier for me. Everything ran smoothly. Thank you for be in contact with me throughout the journey. THESE ARE THE SAME PEOPLE AS THE FLY N DEAL DO NOT TRUST!
please people do not trust this company to cross the road with let alone to buy a ticket from them to fly where ever you need to go these people are the same company as FLY N DEAL total liers and fraudsters even the staff are trained properly how to lie to you JUST DONT DO IT!!!

Fraudsters took payment in November and went out of business two weeks later. I don't believe this was a legitimate company.

Company ripped me of, never booked my tickets with the airline, kept the money and went insolvent. Not even court get ensure your money back.

this is a total ripp of company they also trade as Holidaymood and also Buzzmood they have a few more companies that they deal under. i booked my ticket in November 2017 for Feb 2018 as my son was getting married and the b*****ds had not booked our seats. please be aware. All the good reviews are from there rip of staff.

One word: disgusting
No notification of the company going bust no email, nothing. Get to the airport to find our flight isn’t on the airlines system. We booked and paid for this flight over 6 months ago. Now having to claim threw insurance to get money back but have just had to buy new tickets at double the price to continue with our holiday. Very much out of pocket thanks to this company.

No emails, nothing

I am trying to confirm my flight to Cairo for tomorrow but I couldn’t as the airline didn’t accept my booking reference number issued by Air Travel Experts. I can see the company has gone into insolvency. This is very bad.

Booked 3 wks ago tickets in January to Thailand. Told yesterday gone into insolvency. I paid by debit card. Am gutted I guess I have now lost 1000 pounds. This is awful. I have contacted Momomdo who had Air travel experts on their search engine. But they are not bothered even though I pointed out all the previous bad reviews on Trustpilot. The company was Atol protected so I have contacted them and CAA. Even though I checked them out before I booked it just goes to show how easy it is for them to take your money.. BEWARE WHEN LOOKING ON SEARCH ENGINES. We will fight this .

Received the insolvency email earlier. Booked via debit card and reading my insurance policy doesn’t look like they cover either. I did check ATOL and they are registered, that’s my next step tomorrow.

Do not use this company - they are now in liquidation and have not paid for my flights. Hence, the airline has subsequently cancelled the booking. If you have paid by credit card, I would recommend you to contact your cc company immediately to try and recover the cost. More than likely, the positive reviews below are fake as they are trying not to worry their creditors.

they never reply to any emails I have a flight booked with them and you cannot contact them...I think the last review about them being insolvent is correct!!

Further to my pprevious post, I have just received an email saying that Holiday Mood/Air Travel Experts 'is instructing Insolvency Practitioners for it to be placed into voluntary liquidation.'

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Booked a return ticket to Australia, and received their invoice / receipt.The ticket icket had not been sent with 12 days to go before flying. So I called them to be told that they had not issued the ticket, because 'the price had gone up'. Not only did they not honour the original price (that was paid in full), but they did not contact me to tell me the ticket was not going to be issued unless I paid an additional 350 pounds. The only help I received was "pay the additional cost or we'll refund the ticket'. As I am leaving in 12 days that was not an option so I had to pay. It was a complete scam, and I would encourage any one looking for good price ticket to NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

I found the booking process very easy to complete.

I had a slight problem but Customer Services sorted it out in few minutes to my total satisfaction.
