Completely untrustworthy! The company have changed the time of my flights which means that I now arrive late for a volunteer project I am taking part in. They have ignored my emails for the past 3 months even thought I have called them repeatedly. Each time I speak to someone I am promised an email reply within in the hour, it has been weeks and I still have not had a response. The staff are rude, unhelpful and completely unwilling to provide any decent customer service. After my holiday I will never use this company ever again and I would not recommend them.

Call centre reps refused to handle my queries about my booking - instead mentioned I would need to talk to the "online team" that would only reply via email. Well, my emails were disregarded for weeks until I showed up in person at the office in London Ruislip.
The office staff was helpful and accommodating, however, that did not make up for the weeks of wasted time dealing with the online support team.

I booked a flight through cheap flights website and it was honestly the worst experience ever! What a big mistake. The travel agent are 'AIR TRAVEL EXPERTS' they also go by the name of HOLIDAY MOODS' honestly they are the worst ever, as it stands I am still awaiting a refund of over £500 from them, this issue is now in its 4th month and yet still no luck. I have sent numerous emails and called tirfelessly to no avail. I keep getting passed around the office to different staff members who also pretends to be the manager. They are extremely rude and unhelpful. The staff at the offic seem to be confused as to why I am unhappy, whilst failing to understand that I have only been waiting 4 months for a refund, something that usually takes 5 - 10 working days Max! they show no sympathy, I cry regularly regarding this issue. The worst customer service experience ever!
