Took wrong date for travel and i missed my flight due to visa validity date of my child. Worst ticket booking experience. Please Make sure that the ticket purchased is matching with the date customer preferred.I paid Rs 68000 to reschedule my flight date for airlines due to this. I will never trust Akbar Travels anymore.

First the flight booking procedure for Mumbai to Bangalore was very easy. When I had to cancel Akbar Travels understood my problem and helped me get refund in the promised time. Very much reliable services.

I am very impressed with the kind of service Akbar travels has provided me for my visa. Kajal was the person I got in touch with for my Malaysia visa, she was so quick with her responses and so helpful. She explained me the entire procedure and also the what kind of documents I was supposed to submit, which visa should I choose, and everything. Thank you Akbar travels for all your efforts. I am always going to apply for my visa with you guys and also I want to recommend them to everyone.

I had booked the flight ticket and hotel through Akbar Travels ,they provide very fast service. Akbar travels is my first choice

I had done the booking for Hotel in China through Akbar Travel online. But this was the biggest mistake.

Hotel number mentioned in the Akbar Travels bill had a wrong number, we call Akbar Travels hotel department several times as there will be language barrier we need to talk the them before the cancellation window and confirm the distance and transport options available from the Airport and City.

I even mentioned that I am a female travelling alone for the first time so I can’t take risk and need to get confirmation.

After several Follow-up with Naveen, Suraj and other members we got the contact number of the Hotel, I asked someone to talk to the hotel people and got to know its in different city.

I had got into the Problem as there are many hotel with similar name and taxi person landed me to the wrong hotel. Airport to hotel cost itself was 6000/- I have the booking for 4 nights so requested them to move my stay to some other hotel, but the answer is that since I have booked myself they are not Responsible.

Poor customer service
I applied for my uae visa from their consultant Raj, who is basically just a salesman and has no idea how the visa works. They claim to grant uae visa in 2-3 day but when I did not receive visa, I called him and he explained reason for the delay which did not make any sense so I wrote email directly to company and then they started my visa process.aftet getting visa , I needed some more information which neither raj nor the company replied. I would recommend to go with some other company if you don’t want to keep on calling them because if there is any issue , they are not gonna reach you easily.just see my chat and you will realise how they ignore you.

Very bad Service for Umrah no management no organization no group leader hotel too far, very bad experience

Recently I applied for Thailand visa through them. They have the worst staff who are extremely rude and never respond in timely manner.
Moreover, the staff lacks professionalism and fail to give proper information over call and email for the documents required from us and in turn blame us for not providing proper documents. The staff does not take onus of inefficiency and leave you suffering without any solution.
Waste of money and energy.

Chutiya Company hai, pahale to Paise deduct kar lenge and ticket confirmation will be waiting.

after 30 minute they will call and will ask for more money or else they will say you will get your refund after 7to 10 days. If you are not ready to pay extra no option you will pay extra.

Leh to Delhi they did it with me.

Extra money they will not give you GST invoice.

Fraud company

The Worst Travel Agency in India and UAE . HR is useless have no knowledge about the UAE Labor.
Selfish Management is of no Help . Treating Employees as slaves.
Staff work for the sake of Working . Nobody willing to do anything out of the way.

Money Minting Travel Company.

I applied UAE visa with them on 25-11-2021, i paid for express service and sent the documents straight away.
Its been 12 days no clue what they doing, they disappeared with money and documents, i had a flight booked which i had to cancelled jus because of them, no communication at all, finally hired a lawyer sending them a legal notice in couple of days.

Guys dont trust em they ripp u off mudcarters.

My flight was booked for the 21st of may. It was cancelled. Still, in September, I am chasing them for a refund. The airline has shown me the proof that they have already refunded the agent. But Akbartravels have not forwarded the payment to me.

Cheap customer services , experts in usurping the costs payable in case is issues encountered , I did use for a couple of years and sincerely I don’t recommend.

Fake and pathetic customer service. Etihad cancelled flight and informed Akbar Travels and they were least bothered to inform us. We went to airport with infant in hand an the flight was rescheduled aftee 3 days. "Merlin" from Akbar Travels said they had high call volumes so missed the call from Etihad. Seriously??? Irfan, Vishnu, Merlin and Shahid are the fake customer agents who promised refund and vanished somewhere. Do not trust Akbar Travels... They are pathetic.

I booked a Singapore tour package through Akbar Holidays.Firstly I would like to thank you and your team for providing us with a perfect experience for our time in Singapore. We had a wonderful trip. Everything was taken care of and we did not have to worry about our food or transport or sightseeing. The accommodation was also perfect. Will surely recommend your services to our family and friends. Thanks once again.

I made a recent booking on their webiste and was looking to reschedule it for the next day and they mentioned that there is no seats but Oman Air executive mentioned that there are seats but they cannot do anything as travel agent is responsible not us. On the other hand Akbar travel agent is trying to push Business class tickers on to me.
