Fast delivery, competative prices

This has to be the best delivery service I have ever received. I was kept informed from the moment of purchase. A delivery date was given with a very short waiting time. I received a text on the morning of delivery informing me that the large package would arrive between 10 and 11 a.m. and that the drivers name was Steve. The package arrived at 10.30 a.m. I was very pleased as other delivery services seem to struggle to give a.m. or p.m. and seem unable to give even an approximate time. Many of these companies will not follow delivery instructions which their ordering department have been given. In many cases I have lost a great deal of time and have ended up having to go to a depot or post office to collect a package the delivery to my home having already been paid for. This defeats the whole purpose of ordering on line.

Ordered at 2.55pm, a text message at 8.00am saying package would arrived within an hour, package arrived 20 mins later. Ridiculous!

Order was processed first thing on the Monday morning after ordering on a Sunday. Also they had personal touch of email with my courier tracking number for next day delivery.
