Alarms are us were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Mac is so knowledgeable and friendly and not at all pushy like other companies. The system is head a shoulders above any others available on the market and we are very happy with the speed of response and how few problems we have had. It’s not cheap but you get what you pay for!

I had the pleasure of Using Alarms Are Us in November to have my Home security systems upgraded and a New CCTV system installed. The service provided was excellent, From the 1st appointment, which in my case was on the same day i contacted them, Mac, the owner of the business, attended personally and went through all my need in great detail and answered all my questions in adequate detail. The installation was arranged with ease and the whole process was as painfree as possible with constant communication when any changes were made. The Gentlemen who did the installation of the system did so in a very professional manner and both men explained how to use the systems well. Furthermore, Mac kicked in a Ring video Doorbell as part of a promotion that they run but had ended when i contacted them.

I have deliberately waited for some time to allow me to use both systems in detail so i can test its use properly before i wrote a review. I can confidently say everything has been running absolutely perfectly. I could not ask for a better service and overall customer experience. Thank you very much Mac and the Alarms Are Us Team.

My wife and I had just moved into a new property and decided to have an alarm system fitted. We got in touch with alarms are us.
Mac was great he was not at all pushy and gave us some very good advice. We decided to have installed the Verisure alarm system.
In my opinion the system is far better than all of the other leading security systems that are on the market today. It uses up-to-date wireless technology that they are constantly evolving as you need to with the current technical marketplace of today.
The main reason for us choosing the system is that you do not have to do any work yourself all the staff are on the phone if need be 24 seven and they have a 24 hour guard response system in place if needed.
Having looked at an ADT system and others I would highly recommend this particular system it is far better with ADT you are talking to a machine with this system you are talking to a human being.

Excellent initial consultation. Mac went step by step through the system, the pros and challenges and how the system could be tailored to suit our needs. He went away and came back with an offer which met our needs even more.

Quick installation date was arranged. The engineer who was training a new member of the team was efficient, clean, tidy and clearly had an attitude of ensuring the best service for the customer both short and long term.

Part of the package included a Ring Bell which Mac arranged to deliver in person to make sure we had not further queries. Full details of support systems provided.

I needed an alarm system, so I went onto the internet and used one of those comparison quote sites. I was given 3 recommendations to my area and all 3 called me within minutes. Mac from Alarms Are Us came to visit next day, there was a thorough check on my needs for an alarm system, a questionnaire, a walk through the house and a full demonstration on the products available for my needs, the visit was about 2hrs I was thoroughly impressed with the technology on offer, Mac's knowledge on the products and his industry experience. I proceeded with the other 2 quotes the following day, but although they may have come in slightly cheaper, they didn't have much to offer and I didn't get the feeling that the after service and care would be there that I needed so I went with Alarms are Us, the system went in the same week, impressive!. The engineer was just as thorough with the installation and training needed.for the system. The helpline have also been amazing with a couple of questions that I had afterwards. Very happy with the presale advice received from Mac, installation service by Balan (Verisure engineer) and the alarm system itself. We have a cat, and was looking for a pet friendly system that allows him to run around the place without triggering the alarm. So far we have had no false alarm!

I am really happy with the Verisure system provided by Mac and his team at Alarms Are Us. They are very knowledgeable and really took the time to understand our requirements and put together an appropriate package that was just right for us.

We have had a couple of false alarms go off and the Verisure customer service team are super quick to call and check in to ensure all is ok. I've not had to wait for more than a minute before they call.

This is in stark contrast to other companies such as ADT who will only call you back 1-2 hours later ... which is not very helpful!
