Loan Start up
Setting up my loan was very easy and straight forward. The only issue i had was setting up my online banking but their customer service team were very helpful and attentive. After a few e-mails it was all sorted.

I recently obtained finance through Alex Bank, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
From the very beginning, the communication between Alex Bank and Cale from Sierra Car Loans was exceptional. Everything flowed seamlessly from one stage to the next, and I was kept informed throughout the entire process. There were no surprises, no confusion, and no wondering what was happening next.
What really stood out was how well Alex Bank and Cale worked together behind the scenes. The transition from application to approval was smooth, efficient, and professional. Any documentation required was clearly explained, and I always felt supported and informed along the way.
Cale was proactive throughout the process, regularly keeping me updated and letting me know what to expect before emails and documentation arrived. That level of communication gave me confidence and made the entire experience feel simple and stress-free.
The whole process was straightforward, professional, and far easier than I anticipated. It's refreshing to deal with a lender and broker who genuinely value clear communication and customer service.
