Complicated to bank with - too many clauses about how interest is and isnt earned. Dont waste your time - its a gimmick bank built on questionable fines when in credit. On top of that the App is rubbish and buffers and crashes.

We’ve now opened accounts for two companies with Allica Bank, and the experience has been consistently excellent.

The account opening process was straightforward and efficient, with everything handled smoothly from start to finish. What really stands out, though, is the level of service. The customer support team has been helpful and responsive throughout, and having a direct relationship manager gives us a clear point of contact whenever we need support.

Emails are always replied to promptly, and the whole experience feels refreshingly personal — more like how banking used to be, without the frustration of call centres and endless handoffs.

Overall, it’s been seamless and easy, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Allica Bank to other businesses.
